在全球高度化競爭激烈快速的年代,台灣的IC封裝與測試產業族群,在國際上的表現至今還算是相當的不錯,不僅如此在新技術的開發與投入也都能不斷的推陳出新,跟上世界的潮流,在整個半導體產業快速成長的年代,也與美國,日本並駕齊驅,更以完整的上中下游的垂直整合與專業分工受到國際大廠的青睞與信任。 要維持一家公司的正常的運作與獲利實屬不易,尤其是在要有龐大資金與先進的設備下,也同時要有著優越的技術與人才的專業IC封測廠,又要兼顧者產能利用率,近年來可看到許多本身有晶圓廠及封測廠的國際大廠,紛紛將訂單下給台灣的業者,除了主要在營運成本的考量上,再來是品質也要能達到一定的水準,良率也要兼顧的到,這再一次說明了專業分工下的競爭力。 台灣從事IC封測的廠家為數不少,本文主要以二十四家台灣上市櫃的公司做主要的研究對象,利用DEA-資料包絡分析法中的CCR模式BCC模式,來主要探討這些同質性的企業單位,從相同的投入資源像是固定資產,員工人數,營業費用等,相對應到輸出的部分是營業收入淨額,可得知在這些共同項目的分析下,是否達到相對應的最合適性足以成為其它家的模範,而至於分析後效率不彰的企業,是否為規模不足夠,還是技術方面須再強化,藉由DEA的分析來達到整體效率再提升,研究時間從2007年到2011年一共五年的時間。 關鍵詞:IC, DEA, CCR, BCC
