中小企業型電子零件經銷商MRP系統導入之研究

摘要


80年代台灣電子產業的興起,電子零件的製造以及貿易蓬勃發展。然大部分的電子零件貿易商生命週期很短;相對於大部分此起彼落的電子零售商,尤其是中小企業型的小資本貿易若是能存活五年以上,便值得探討其生存競爭的方法。本研究對於中小企業型電子零件通路商之商業模型進行討論,以台灣一間中小企業型電子零售公司作案例的探討,討論案例之商業流程,聚焦在MRP(Material Requirement Planning)的策略研析,透過搜集相關文獻,經整理歸納後得到對中小企業型電子零件經銷商管理之重要因子。運用分析層級程序法(Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP)訪談長期客戶以及專家學者的意見,獲得供應商選擇策略重要因素之排序,以及利用AHP層級分析討論系統之改善方向,最後在修改MRP系統之導入以及策略成效評估做相關討論。 案例分析的結果,關於採購的管理是成功的關鍵準則,其次產品資料庫在內部與外部使用者心目中均認為十分重要。所以唯有落實消費者所重視之因子,才能使客戶願意長期合作,使得零售商能不斷發展茁壯。

As the booming of Taiwan electronics industry in 1980s, electronic components manufacturing companies, trading companies and distributors flourish. However, the majority of these companies’ life cycle is short, especially SME (Small and Median Enterprise) type of companies. If one can grasp its key competition and survive more than five years, it is worth exploring for its survival. This study is to discuss the business models of SME electronic components distributors, investigate the case of an SME electronic component distributor company, and to research and analyze its business processes focusing on its MRP (Materials Requirement planning) policy. By collecting relevant literature, using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and interviewing with long-term customers, this study summarizes the important factors of SME electronic components distributor management. It was found that purchase lead-time management is the key factor to successful management for SME electronic components distributors, followed by the product database users. Therefore, only the implementation of the important factor would make the willingness of customers to long-term relationship, so companies should continue to keep their mind in such area.
