應用聯合分析法於女裝印花之最佳化設計研究

摘要


本研究以聯合分析法將世界前五大女裝品牌2015-16年春夏14組的服裝印花設計做為研究的對象,5位從事印花設計3年的專業印花師進行女裝印花設計屬性和水準,並以 14組印花圖進行型態分析,其分為四項屬性,(主圖案、次圖案、底紋元素、循環跳接配置)之下分別有5、5、5、3個水準,組成375個設計選擇方案。再利用直交設計法加以挑選22張代表性印花圖,將此22張印花設計圖進行偏好的評比,使用聯合分析。研究結果顯示布花最佳化設計各屬性的相對重要性分別為:主圖案38.87%、次圖案39.93%、底紋元素8.76%、循環跳接配置12.43%。結果有助於印花設計師從事品牌印花設計時針對不同服裝客戶的方案需求來建立最佳化印花圖案設計模式。

This research will take brand printing as its study example, to comprehend each factor between printing design and popular fashion elements. For this reason, this research will select 14 sets of garment printing designs for the world’s top five Women’s Brands in the Spring and Summer from 2015 to 2016 through the conjoint analysis as its study objects, and invite five professional printers with three-year printing design experience to conduct analysis on garment printing’s design attribute and feasibility level. Then it has carried on pattern analysis on these 15 sets of printing patterns, and divides them into four attributes to select their respective attributes (main pattern, secondary pattern, background line element and cyclic hopping configuration) level, and make them up to 375 design selection schemes. Next, it adopts orthogonal design method to randomly select 22 sheets of brand printing patterns, and also carries preferential questionnaire comparison on these 22 groups of printing design patterns to obtain the research results through conjoint analysis method. The results indicated that the relative importance proportions among each attribute respectively are: main pattern is 38.87%, secondary pattern is 39.93%, background line element is 8.76%, and cyclic hopping configuration is 12.43%. This result helps printing designers to establish an Optimal Design for Female Dress Printing on brand printing design. The result of the analysis can help the purchaser to make a decision.
