對於組織而言,員工離職過與不及?會對企業造成不良的影響,所以組織必 須要有具體的策略及方法,以降低造成員工離職之原因與離職後的影響,也可以 說是為了取得競爭優勢或提高經營績效,所以變成現今企業不得不重視的問題所 在。有鑑於此,本研究將深入做探討資訊科技業員工的人格特質、工作滿足、組 織承?與員工離職四個因素間是否具有相關性。 係針對新竹科學園區、台中科學園區、台南科學園區作為問卷發放的對象, 共計發出600 份問卷,有效問卷448 份,回收率達74.66%。 經分析以後發現,人格特質、工作滿足、組織承?間呈現顯著影響,另外工 作滿足與組織承?間也有顯著的關係存在;且從資訊科技從業人員的組織承?認 同程?亦可猜測出該人員的離職意願。
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the correlation among personality traits,job satisfaction,organizational commitment and employee leave of Information Technology Industries. Employee leaves their jobs less or often that will cause the enterprise harmful influence. The organization must use specific strategics and methods to reduce the impact of employee tournover. Our research was undertaken by questionnaire survey. The subjects of this study come from Information Technology employees industries.The research delivered 600 questionnaires to selected companies which are medium and large size in Taiwan. The valid receiving questionnaires are 448, and the valid receiving rate is about 74.6%. Later discovered after the analysis that, the personality special characteristic, the work satisfies, the organization pledged presents reveals the influence, moreover the work satisfies with the organization pledged also has reveals the relational existence; Also from the information science and technology jobholders's organization pledged the approval degree also may guess this personnel leaves job the wish.
