摘 要 本研究旨在探討高職學生家庭價值觀之研究,分析高職學生個人背景變項在家庭價值觀之差異,最後探討不同背景變項對家庭價值觀之預測作用。 本研究以1000份問卷進行正式施測,所有回收問卷經整理編碼,剔除填答不全及不符規定的問卷,有效問卷共932份。資料施以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析(Oneway ANOVA)及多元逐步回歸(Stepwise Multiple Regression)等統計方法,本研究獲致以下之結論: 一、雲林縣高職學生家庭價值觀現況,全量表的題平均數為2.64,顯示雲林縣高職學生的家庭價值觀仍然趨於傳統。 二、不同背景變項高職學生家庭價值觀之差異情形 (一)不同性別之雲林縣高職學生在性別角色面向及整體面向有顯著差異,且男生比女生趨於傳統。 (二)不同年級之雲林縣高職學生,在性別角色面向及生養子女面向有顯著差異。一年級生比三年級生趨於傳統;二年級生比三年級生更趨於傳統。 (三)不同學校屬性之雲林縣高職學生在婚姻與家庭面向、性別角色面向、生養子女面向、家庭責任面向有顯著差異。在婚姻與家庭面向,國立高職學生比私立高職學生現代;在性別角色面向、生養子女面向及家庭責任面向國立高職學生比私立高職學生更趨於傳統。 (四)不同家庭狀況之雲林縣高職學生家庭價值觀,不因家庭狀況不同而有顯著差異。 (五)不同父母社經地位之雲林縣高職學生,因父母社經地位不同而有顯著差異。 三、高職學生之背景變項對家庭價值觀之預測情形 本研究發現「就讀年級」、「就讀學校屬性」、「父母的社經地位」變項能有效聯合預測高職學生之家庭價值觀。 本研究根據研究結果所彙整之結論,對父母、學校及未來的研究者提出具體建議以供參考。 關鍵字:高職學生、家庭價值觀
Abstract The main purpose of this research was to explore the vocational high school students’ family values, analyze the differences of each individual’s background variables in family values, and finally probe whether or not different background variables could be used to predict family values effectively. The study was done formally with 1,000 questionnaires. All the collected questionnaires were numbered and arranged, some of which were ineffective and, therefore, were excluded. The total number of effective questionnaires was 932. After the data were analyzed and discussed with statistical methods like Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The following conclusions were drawn: 1. As for family-value current situation of vocational high school students in Yun-Lin County, the average of the whole scale was 2.64. It indicated that their view points were more traditional. 2. The differences of family values of vocational high school students with different background variables: a. Among vocational high school students of different sexes in Yun-Lin County, there was significant difference in sex-role dimension and overall dimension. And male students were more traditional than female students. b. Among vocational high school students of different grades in Yun-Lin County, there was significant difference in the dimensions of sex role and bearing and bringing up children. Tenth graders were more traditional than twelfth graders; eleventh graders were more traditional than twelfth graders. c. Among vocational high school students who studied in different schools—public or private schools, there was significant difference in the dimensions of marriage and family, sex role, bearing and bringing up children, and family responsibility. In the dimension of marriage and family, public vocational high school students were more modern than private vocational high school students .In the dimensions of sex role, bearing and bringing up children, and family responsibility, public vocational school students were more traditional than private vocational high school students. d. As for vocational high school students with different family situations in Yun-Lin County, there was no significant difference among their family values. e. Among vocational high school students whose parents had different social status, there was significant difference among their family-values. 3. The situation in which how well background variables of vocational high school students could be used to predict their family values. The study found that the three variables—the grade students were in, the school students studied in (public or private), and parents’ social status— could be collectively used to predict family values of vocational high school students effectively. According to the conclusion of the study, this research provided concrete suggestions to parents, schools and future researchers for reference.
