遠距醫療照護系統影響民眾購買意願之相關因素探討–以銀髮族RFID智慧型照護手錶為例

摘要


推動遠距照護,是為了要因應人口快速老化與疾病型態的慢性化,藉由建置遠距醫療照護服務網絡,使病患不論何處都可獲得整體性、持續性的醫療及生活照護,因此也為相關醫療、通訊科技產業帶來可觀的商機。本研究參考Andersen的健康服務使用行為模式,以三個面向,包括前傾因素、促使因素以及需求因素,探討以銀髮族RFID智慧型照護手錶購買意願為中介變項,影響消費者決策行為之研究,以尋求遠距照護系統未來可能發展。以立意取樣的方式,於永康榮民醫院、台南科技大學、中華醫事科技大學等地進行訪談。 研究結果顯示,前傾因素中的年齡差異對遠距照護系統產品功能的需求程度有較明顯的影響,促使因素中的家庭及社會資源,多半為自己或跟自己人際關係最密切的家人子女,並以經濟自主、擁有其他商業保險占絕大多數,亦可顯示未來遠距照護系統發展,在個人及居家護理方面有相當的潛在發展空間。在健康需求因素方面,對遠距照護系統需求的急迫性不高,顯示未來發展,可能得提高遠距照護產品的附加價值,以滿足一般消費者的需求。進一步探討消費者決策對銀髮族RFID智慧型照護手錶購買意願研究結果顯示,產品功能、他人推薦及整體購買意願對消費者決策顯著影響,因此未來政策擬定及業者產品開發上,應著重於服務及產品功能的研發,以口碑行銷方式,達到快速擴展的目標。另外研究發現對遠距照護系統產品採用重要性方面,採用李克特五點量表分數介於3.04至4.22,顯示研究對象偏向認為重要,表示遠距照護產品在我國有愈來愈受重視的趨勢,對未來政府制定政策及業者研發產品服務,是一項重大的啟發。 本研究認為遠距居家照護機制的建立,應著重於消費者實際的購買意願及需求,而非搶先佔有市場的單純商業思維,沒有全盤性的考量將導致嚴重的損失,並損及整個產業的名譽。

In this study, the Anderson’s behavioral model is introduced in three aspects, including predisposing factors, enabling factors, and demand factors to figure out how to effect the decisions of consumers’ behaviors with the mediator variable, the purchase intention of intelligence caring watches. Then look for the possible development of telehealth systems in the future. The interviews were made in the Yongkang Veterans Hospital, Tainan University of Technology, and Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology by the way of purposive sampling. The result of this study reveals that the influence of the factors such as ages, economic resources, emergency contacts, religion, and whether or not the health aids are used on the purchase intention of products of telehealth systems is partial significant. The influence of the age gap of purposing factors on the requirement levels of products of telehealth systems is more obvious. Besides, the family and social resources of the enabling factors are mostly the subjects themselves and their closest family members or children who are financially independent or under other commercial insurances. This fact also shows that the potential development spaces of the future telehealth systems exist in the aspects of individual concerns and home nursing cares. Regarding to the side of health requirement factors, the request for telehealth systems is not urgent. It reveals the future development may have to raise the added values in order to satisfy the requirements of general consumers. On the other side, the research result of the further approach to the consumers’ decisions on the purchase intention of intelligent caring watches indicates that the influence of the functions of products, recommendations, and the overall purchase intention on the decisions of consumers is significant. Thus, the research and development of services and functions of products should be emphasized by related institutes and industries to release high-quality products and then spread the reputation rapidly by virus marketing. In addition, in terms of the importance of the introduction of telehealth systems, the point of five-point Likert scale is between 3.04 to 4.22 which means that the subjects consider it as nearly essentials. Based on the former conclusion, the telehealth products have been more and more valuable in Taiwan, and it is a great inspiration for the government to make policies and for the industries to research products. To conclude, the construction of telehealth systems should focus on the actual purchase intention of the elder consumers instead of the simple commercial thoughts, to lead up occupying the market without fully considering. This act will cause serious loss and damage the reputation of the whole industry.
