本研究旨在探討髖關節置換術衛生教育模式,對髖關節置換術病人之知識、居家照護自我效能之成效。採類實驗設計,以中部某醫學中心及體系醫院40位病人為研究對象,實驗組及對照組各20位。實驗組接受衛生教育模式;對照組則接受病房一般常規指導照護。工具包括衛生教育教材、髖關節置換術術後自我照顧知識量表及居家照護自我效能量表。所得資料以SPSS12.0版套裝軟體進行編碼統計分析。結果顯示:(1)兩組基本資料上無統計學上顯著差異。(2)衛生教育介入後實驗組知識得分顯著高於對照組(p < .001)。(3)衛生教育介入後實驗組對於執行髖關節置換術後居家照護自我效能顯著高於對照組(p < .001)。由此結果顯示髖關節置換術衛生教育模式的確可改善病人知識及居家照護自我效能,結果可運用於臨床上髖關節置換術病人,提昇照護知識及居家照護自我效能,減少合併症之發生。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of hip replacement education mode for patients on their knowledge and behavior of self- efficacy. Quasi-experimental study design is used and 40 subjects from a medical center and its’ healthcare system in central Taiwan were involved. Among 40 subjects, 20 were in the experimental group and received Hip- Replacement Health Educational Model intervention that including pre- and post-operation educational program. The other 20 patients were in the control group and received regular care. A closed questionnaire was used to collect data. Data were encoded and analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. The result showed (1) there is no statistically significant difference on personal information between theses two groups. (2) After Hip- Replacement Health Educational Model intervention, the score of the experimental group on self-care knowledge is significantly higher than that of the controlled group (P<.001). (3) With t-test intervention, in the experimental group the score on self-efficacy is higher than the control group (P<.001). In conclusion, the Hip- Replacement Educational Health Model is able to improve self-care knowledge and self- efficacy for patients. The finding of this research may be contributes to enhance the self-care knowledge and self- efficacy for hip- replacement patients, also to improve the effect on self-care and reduce complication.
