數位化造影儀器的發展和傳統設備上有很大的改變,不僅改變了傳統影像的儲存方式,也加速影像的顯示速度。影像儲存與傳輸系統(Picture Archiving and Communication System, PACS)包含了資料擷取、資料儲存、影像顯示以及網路等各個項目,其中影像顯示工作站與電子式顯示設備,提供給醫師一個方便而且有效率的診斷平台。為了推動全國醫院數位化,醫院建置PACS是勢在必行。然而要建置PACS系統需要相當多的經費,要考慮如何有效降低醫療成本且又不希望影響醫學影像的診斷品質,是值得我們仔細思考的。 本研究使用MATLAB程式設計軟體以蒙地卡羅的方式製作數位假體,利用數位假體針對一般醫院常用顯示器:診斷型高階顯示器(2k×2k)與瀏覽型低階顯示器(1k×1k)做測試,也對各家廠商的液晶(LCD)面板作比較,對低階顯示器是否能取代高階顯示器做可行性評估。評估項目主要分為特性評估及鑑別率評估,其中特性評估包括對比、解析度、點擴散與雜訊的測試,鑑別率評估請5位觀測者做顯示器診斷的差異比較。特性評估測試各顯示器之特性表現,由實驗結果得知瀏覽型顯示器不如診斷型顯示器,但在鑑別率評估分析發現,瀏覽型顯示器診斷效果雖不及診斷型顯示器佳,但並無顯著之差異,所以經由實驗認為,瀏覽型顯示器經過校正也可應用於醫學診斷上。
Development of digital display device and traditional equipment are had significance change that not only change the way of traditional image store, also accelerate the image display speed. Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) contains the data retrieve, data storage, image display and network. The image display workstations and digital display devices are convenience and efficient diagnostic platform for doctor. For impel the diagnostic information digitize, the building of PACS is imperative. However, building of PACS system is large cost. It is have to be considering that how effectively reduces the medical cost and also do not influence the diagnostic quality of medical image. MATLAB are used to make digital phantoms with Monte Carlo method in this research. This phantoms are used to test the diagnose type high-display devices(2k×2k) and browse type lower-display devices(1k×1k). This research except evaluated the monitor characteristics also compared LCD faceplate. For evaluate the viability that high-display devices can replace by lower-display devices. The assess projects were divided characteristic and distinguishing rate. We use the characteristic assess projects to test the characteristic of every display devices that include contrast, resolution, point-spread and noise. The distinguishing rate assess projects ask 5 observers compared the difference of displays diagnosis. In the characteristic assess, the browse type display device was not as good as the diagnosing type display devices. In distinguishing rate assess, we found the browse type display device not as good as the diagnosing type display devices, but had no significance difference. So the browse type device through correcting could also be applied in medical diagnosis.
