國民小學友善校園指標建構之研究

摘要


本研究旨在建構一套「國民小學友善校園指標」,以提供國小教師推展友善校園之參考。為達上述研究目的,本研究以文獻探討及德懷術為主要研究方法,進行指標的建構。 透過國內外相關文獻的探討,與瞭解國民小學友善校園實施的現況,研究者據此研擬出初步的「國民小學友善校園指標」,並針對15位實務專家,進行三回合的德懷術問卷調查,取得學者專家的共識,建構出「國民小學友善校園指標」。此指標包含國民小學在環境設施、課程教學、行政服務、學生學習、社區資源等6個層面;建築規劃、設備器材、運動設施、校園安全、課程規劃、班級經營、有效教學、學習評量、專業能力、資源整合、服務態度、師生權益、個別輔導、生活輔導、訓育活動、團體輔導、同儕關懷、學習活動、學生成就、人力資源、物力資源、財力資源、公共關係等23個項目,並細分出130個指標。 最後根據研究結果,研究者提出國民小學友善校園指標,並對國民小學友善校園指標運用與後續研究兩方面提出建議,以供後續研究者參考。

This study aimed at constructing a set of “elementary school friendly campus indicators,” as a reference to assist elementary school teacher promotion of creating a friendly campus. Literature reviews and Delphi Method were taken as research methodology to carry out construction of these indicators. With domestic and online database literature reviews as well as understanding the current implementation situation in elementary schools, the researcher therefore came up with a preliminary set of “Elementary School Friendly Campus Indicators.” Fifteen practitioners from related fields were invited to participate in a three-round of questionnaire survey, and the results acquired from these practitioners were used to constructing the “Elementary School Friendly Campus Indicators.” In this set of indicators, it consists of the 6 dimensions including environment and facility, curriculum and teaching, administrative service, student learning, counseling activity, and community resources. These dimensions were further divided into sub-dimensions, totally 23 of them, they are building planning, equipment and gear, sports facility, campus security, curriculum planning, classroom management, effective teaching, learning evaluation, professional ability, integration of resources, service manner, rights of student and teacher, individual mentoring, life counseling, student activity, group counseling, peer mentoring, learning activity, learning achievement, human resources, material resource, financial resources, and public relations. From these sub-dimensions, the researcher further detailed it into 130 indicators. According to the results, the researcher affords a set of elementary school friendly campus indicators and points out suggestions for its application and future research.
