臺中市國民小學教師知識分享與專業成長關係之研究

A study of the Relationships between Knowledge Sharing and Professional Growth among the Teachers of the Elementary Schools in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民小學教師知識分享與專業成長之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺中市國民小學教師為研究對象進行抽樣,有效樣本計有469份。以「國民小學教師知識分享與專業成長之調查問卷」為研究工具。所蒐集之資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關及多元回歸進行分析。獲致下列結論:(1)國民小學教師知識分享之現況,屬於中高程度。其中「分享學習機會」層面最佳。(2)國民小學教師專業成長之現況,屬於中高程度。其中「班級經營」層面最佳。(3)不同背景變項在知識分享之差異分析中,不同現任職務、最高學歷之國民小學教師在知識分享方面達到顯著差異。(4)不同背景變項在教師專業成長之差異分析中,不同性別、教學年資、學校規模之國民小學教師在專業成長方面達到顯著差異。(5)就國民小學教師知識分享與教師專業成長的典型相關分析可以發現,教師知識分享與教師專業成長達顯著相關。(6) 就國民小學教師知識分享與教師專業成長的預測分析可以發現,教師知識分享項目中的「分享個人內在知識」與「促進他人學習」對教師專業成長具有顯著預測作用。根據研究結果,研究者提出若干建議,提供教育行政機關、國民小學及未來研究之參考。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between knowledge sharing and professional growth among the teachers of the elementary schools in Taichung City. The researcher adopted questionnaire survey. There were 469 valid samples. The research instrument was used according to the current “ Questionnaire of knowledge sharing and professional growth among the teachers of elementary schools”. The data were analyzed by using such statistical methods as the average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, and multiple regressions. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn as follows: (1) The knowledge sharing practice among the teachers of the elementary schools in Taichung City reached middle-high average, and among all, the “Sharing Learning Opportunities” had the best performance. (2) The professional growth practice among the teachers of the elementary schools in Taichung City reached middle-high average, and among all, the “Classroom Management” had the best performance. (3) Significant difference existed in teachers’ knowledge sharing in terms of the teachers’ demographic variables such as current job and educational background. (4) Significant difference existed in teachers’ professional growth in terms of the teachers’ demographic variables such as gender, service years, and school size. (5) High positive correlations were found between the knowledge sharing and professional growth among the teachers of the elementary schools in Taichung City. (6) The teachers’ knowledge sharing could be used effectively to predict the professional growth with teachers. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions for educational administration, elementary schools and future research were proposed.
