本研究主要是探討幼兒園在面臨幼托整合,內、外在環境變遷與少子化壓力的衝擊下,教保服務人員對於幼兒園組織再造與經營策略重要性之看法與幼兒園實際執行的現況。研究的焦點是以幼兒園組織再造的四個構面﹕組織結構、運作模式、專業本位、價值文化以及三種經營策略﹕創新經營、品牌經營、價格經營為主題,透過問卷調查分析與歸納結果,做出結論與建議。本研究分析發現: 全國教保服務人員對幼托整合後幼兒園應進行組織再造與經營策略有高度共識;唯其感受到的執行現況與理想上有顯著落差;且全國不同背景的教保服務人員對幼兒園組織再造與經營策略看法不同;其中幼兒園專業本位、價值文化、運作模式品質愈高,創新經營,品牌經營之表現愈佳;本研究也發現幼兒園組織再造與經營策略相互有高度預測力。 最後根據研究結果,並提出建議供教育主管機關及幼兒園經營管理者參考。
The purpose of this research is to investigate the prospective of the pre-school teachers on the organizational restructuring and the managing strategies of preschools, which are under the impacts of the preschool integration and the pressure of the internal and external changes. This research will focus on four categories of the preschool organizational restructuring - organizational structure, operation modal, professional basis and value culture, and three managing strategies - creative managing strategy, brand managing strategy and price managing strategy. The results of the questionnaire survey will be analyzed, and a proposal will be provided to the related supervisory officers, scholars and preschool managers for reference. From the analyzed results, it has been found: 1. the importance and the implementation of the organizational restructuring and the managing strategies are highly agreed by the pre-school teachers in Taiwan; 2. in the organizational restructuring and the managing strategies, there are a significant drop between the ideal and the current status of implementation; 3. the better quality the professional basis, the value culture achieve and the operation modal have, the better performance the creative managing strategy and the brand managing strategy will show; 4. the organizational restructuring and the managing strategies are highly predicted by each other.
