電腦為現今最普遍見到的資訊系統,而且也是與網際網路連接的主要管道,但目前很少有專門為了對於使用電腦感到陌生的銀髮族去設計的介面或操作方式。因此本研究以問題導向模式為基礎,透過在社區大學擔任助理講師身分授課,藉此以參與觀察法去記錄銀髮族使用電腦時所遇到的問題。 透過分析得出銀髮族使用電腦有下列幾點情況:(一)複雜的操作流程容易遺忘(二)操作介面不適合銀髮族使用(三)圖示按鈕不易了解(四)不可避免的組合鍵困擾。 在本研究中得知銀髮族學習電腦的主要因素是希望能將自己生活的趣事分享給家人朋友,或者是與離家在外的親人透過網路隨時能有互動,因此期望透過朋友之間互相影響而將生活圈逐漸擴展到網路上,並透過網路達到互相學習。為了使銀髮族達成上述行動,本研究將針對銀髮族使用電腦之資訊需求提出建議,期望對倡導銀髮族接觸科技的相關研究人員提出建議。
Computer is most common information system, it is also important way to used internet. Interface and operation to design for elder is few. This research uses Participant Observation and Problem-Based Study to obtain the problems of elders learning to use computer in community college. By analyzing and sorting the data obtained, the following conclusions of elders use computer were made: 1. Complexity of the operation is easy to forget. 2. The interface is not suitable to for elders. 3. Icon button is difficult to use. 4. Key combination is distressed elders. The main factors in this study that seniors learn about computers is interesting to put forth his life to share with family and friends, or at any time through the Internet away from home relatives interactive, and therefore expect to influence each other through friends while the living area will be gradually extended to network, learn from each other and reach through the Internet. In order to enable seniors to achieve the above actions, recommendations for seniors, this study will use the information needs of the computer, expect to make recommendations on exposure to science and technology researchers advocate seniors.
