支持性團體改善科技廠員工憂鬱及壓力之成效研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討支持性團體改善科技廠員工憂鬱及壓力是否有成效,以量性研究方法為主,質性研究方法為輔,研究設計採實驗研究設計(experimental design)法,以中部科學園區某一家高科技電子產業為對象,招募64人,將研究對象編碼後以Excel隨機分配為實驗組及對照組各32人,研究期間實驗組流失1人、對照組流失2人。實驗組成員除了維持例行性員工在職教育外,並加上每週1次、每次90分鐘,總共8次的教育性心理支持團體介入。對照組則維持例行性員工在職教育,並無接受任何實驗介入措施。兩組成員在參與研究前後皆接受【貝氏憂鬱量表】及【簡易工作壓力量表】之測量,研究資料以SPSS13.0中文版統計軟體處理,進行描述性及推論性統計;另針對團體中出現的議題作質性分析探討教育性心理支持團體成員對壓力與情緒管理的主觀看法。 研究結果顯示:(1)本研究對象之憂鬱得分平均值為10.27,屬於輕度憂鬱等級;壓力得分平均值為72.19,已達工作上有中等程度之壓力。(2)科技廠員工的壓力與憂鬱程度呈顯著正相關,顯示員工工作壓力越大,則憂鬱程度越嚴重。(3)科技廠員工接受教育性心理支持團體介入後,其憂鬱及壓力程度均顯著低於教育性心理支持團體介入前;接受教育性心理支持團體的科技廠員工,其憂鬱及壓力程度均顯著低於未接受教育性心理支持團體介入者,驗證教育性心理支持團體介入對於科技廠員工的憂鬱及壓力程度確實有改善成效。

This research mainly conducted quantitative methods, supplemented by qualitative research methods. The research design adopted experimental design method to recruited 64 participants in a high-tech company in the Central Taiwan Science Park. The participants were coded and then assigned randomly and evenly to either an experimental group or a control group by using Excel. Eventually, 31 participants within the experimental group and 30 participants within the control group have completed the whole research process. The participants of the experimental group accepted not only the routinely on-job training, but a psycho-educational supportive group intervention m with a 90-minute session every week, lasting for eight weeks. The control group remained the regular on-job training without accepting any experimental intervention measures. The participants in both groups accepted the measurement of “the Beck Depression Inventory" and "Simple Version of Work Stress Scale”, before and after the experiment. The measurement data was processed by conducting SPSS13.0 Chinese version statistical software to carry out the descriptive and inferential statistics. Furthermore, this research steps further to conduct qualitative analysis on the merging issue from the group to investigate the subjective views on stress and emotion management of the participants in the psycho-educational supportive group. The results show that: (1) the average score of depression upon the participants (the staff of the technological company) is 10.27 which has reached the level of mild depression. Meanwhile, the average score of stress is 72.19, which has reached the moderate level of work stress; (2) the participants’ level of stress is significantly positively correlated with the level of depression, showing the greater level of stress is, the more severe level of depression is; (3) after undertaking the intervention of psycho-educational supportive group, the participants’ level of stress and depression is significantly lower than that before undertaking the intervention. It shows that the intervention of psycho-educational supportive group is positively effective to improve the status of stress and depression of the personnel in the technological factory.
