護理工作是一門業務量繁雜且具高度壓力之專業工作,而醫療業務是一項需靠團隊合作所達成的任務,護理人員必須與醫師培養良好的合作關係,才能提供給病人高品質的醫療服務。影響護理人員工作投入之相關因素理論不斷被提出,但醫護關係與護理人員工作投入卻無明確之研究證明兩者之間的相關,故有深入探討之必要。 本研究以臨床工作之護理人員為調查樣本,主要探討醫護關係與護理人員工作投入之關係研究,並以護理人員之內、外控人格特質為干擾變數,探討其對醫護關係與護理人員工作投入間關係之干擾效果。本研究共發出問卷500份,回收問卷350份,回收率達70%,扣除無效問卷30份,有效問卷為320份。 研究結果顯示:一、醫護關係中之價值觀契合度、情感連結度、溝通效率、溝通頻率及信任程度,分別與護理人員工作投入之關係呈顯著正相關。二、護理人員之內外控人格特質對醫護關係與護理人員工作投入關係之不具干擾效果。本研究結果亦提供未來研究及實務建議。
Nursing is a high pressure and intensive workload professional job. Medical job require team cooperation to accomplish the tasks. Nurses and doctors must maintain their relationship professionally in order to provide high guality medical care. However, there is a lack of clear previous studes of the relationship and need to be investigated their relationship. The purpose of study is to examine the relationship between the doctor- nurse and job involvement, and moderoting effects of internal and external locus of control. A survey was conducted in the study and 500 questionnaires were sent out to the nursing personnel jobs in Taiwan. The response rate of the questionnaires was 70%. The results showed: The relationship there are positively among values agreement between the medical personnel, professional relationship bonding, frequency of effective communication and trust level, with nursing personnel job participation. Nurses'' personality controls internal and external personal integrity has no moderating effects on the relationship between the doctor- nurse and job involvement Based on the research findings, suggestions reference are made for further studes and practice.
