臺中市公立幼稚園教師專業成長需求之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市公立幼稚園教師專業成長需求之情形。本研究採問卷調查法。以臺中市公立幼稚園教師246人為母群體,共計發放158份問卷,回收有效問卷145份,有效回收率91.77 %。 將回收的正試問卷以SPSS for Windows 12.0電腦統計套裝軟體程式進行分析。調查結果以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,進行資料的統計與分析。 經資料分析結果與討論,獲致下列研究結論: 一、受試教師目前最常進行的教師專業成長活動為「校內自辨的研習課程」。 二、受試教師最希望進行教師專業成長的活動為「校外研習課程」。 三、受試教師目前進行專業成長的主要時間為「週末假日」。 四、受試教師認為進行專業成長最適合的時間為「寒暑假」。 五、受試教師參加教師專業成長活動的最強的動機為「充實教育專業知能」。 六、阻礙受試教師參加教師專業成長活動最大的因素有「進修時間與個人時間無法配合」與「班級級務或兼行政工作太忙」。 七、受試教師進行專業發展活動中,修習的內容大部份偏重之層面為「幼教專業知能」 八、受試教師認為有實質幫助的專業成長層面為「幼教專業知能」。 九、受試教師所進行的專業活動,對專業成長有實質幫助之課程內容為「班級經營知能」,其次為「學前特教知能研習」。 十、臺中市公立幼稚園教師專業成長需求,部分因個人背景變項中的年齡、婚姻狀況、最高學歷之不同而有差異,但不因教學年資、不同職務及是否正在進修變項之不同而有所差異。 最後,研究者依據研究結論提出若干建議,以供教育行政單位、公立幼稚園教師及未來後續研究者作為規劃專業成長之參考。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the professional growth needs of the public kindergarten teachers in Taichung city. This study used questionnaire. The sampling included 246 public kindergarten teachers in Taichung city, 158 questionnaires were distributed, and 145 questionnaires were retrieved which accounted for 91.77%. Data of the questionnaire survey was analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 12.0 computer statistical software as well as mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The following conclusions were derived from the results of data analysis and discussion: 1. The activities for the professional growth which were proceeded the most frequently by teachers in this questionnaire were "curriculum holded inside their school". 2. The activities for the professional growth which were welcomed the most by teachers in this questionnaire were "curriculum holded outside their school". 3. The major weekdays for the professional growth which were used by teachers in this questionnaire were "weekends". 4. The most appropriate time for the professional growth which was used by teachers in this questionnaire was "summer and winter vacations". 5. The most intense motive of participating in the professional growth activities for teachers in this questionnaire was "raising their teacher professional knowledge". 6. The hinderances of participating in the professional growth activities for teachers in this questionnaire were "inappropriate time" and "busy work in class and administration". 7. The content of the professional growth activities for teachers in this questionnaire laid particular stress on "kindergarten teacher professional knowledge". 8. The virtual help of the professional growth activities for teachers in this questionnaire was "kindergarten teacher professional knowledge". 9. The helpful curriculums of the professional growth for teachers in this questionnaire were "classroom management" and "pre-school special education knowledge". 10. The professional growth needs of the public kindergarten teachers in Taichung city partially varied in the personal background:such as age,marriage, academic degree, but no differences between teaching experiences, positions and wheather pursuing further education or not. Finally, based on the conclusion, some suggestions were provided as the reference for education administrations, public kindergarten teachers, and future researchers.
