中文摘要 本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學學校志工參與動機與其組織承諾之關係。研究者以自編問卷進行調查研究,並採用描述統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行研究分析。研究結果顯示,學校志工的參與動機以表達社會責任最高,學校志工的組織承諾,以組織認同最高。學校志工的參與動機因子女就讀服務學校情形的不同,而有所不同,因年齡、職業、服務年資與每週服務時數的不同,而有部份不同。學校志工的組織承諾因教育程度、子女就讀服務學校情形與每週服務時數的不同,而有部份不同。學校志工的參與動機對組織承諾具有預測力,且二者有顯著正相關。
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the relationship between participation motivation and organizational commitment of school volunteers in Taichung municipal elementary school. The researcher used the self-made questionnaires to investigate. The researcher used the descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA analysis, pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis to analyze the data. The study results were as follow: First,the highest participation motivation of school volunteers was to express social responsibility. And the organizational commitment was mainly on organizational identification. Second, the participation motivation of school volunteers had significant difference because of the difference on whether their children study or not. And the participation motivation of school volunteers had partial difference because of the difference on age, occupation, years of service, and weekly services time. Third, the school volunteers organizational commitment had partial difference because of the difference on whether their children study or not ,level of education, and weekly services time. Finally, the organizational commitment can be predict by the participation motivation.And there was positive relevance between the participation motivation of the elementary school volunteers and organizational commitment.
