本研究以臺中市一所國民小學97學年度三位即將在未來三年內可能會面臨超額危機之國小教師為研究對象,資料蒐集採用半結構式訪談法。訪談跨越兩個學年度進行,以探究在不同學年度、不同的時空背景,其面臨超額危機的壓力及因應策略,以及對學校與教育當局處理超額問題的看法。 研究結果獲得以下結論: 一、國小教師的超額壓力,對個人心理與家庭生活的影響甚鉅。 二、國小教師的超額壓力,對教學工作與人際互動的影響深遠。 三、國小超額教師能調整心態以樂觀、積極、正向的態度面對超額狀況。 四、國小教師對未來縣市合併後,教育當局會如何處理超額問題有著極大的擔憂。 五、國小超額教師因應策略主要為提升教學專業能力,沒有轉職考慮。 六、國小超額教師認為學校處理超額問題引發校園不安的氣氛。 七、國小超額教師對於學校制訂的「後進先出」原則看法不一。 八、國小超額教師對於學校修訂超額要點中的「特殊保障」意見紛歧。 九、國小超額教師認為學校修訂超額要點的特殊保障人選,應秉持公開公正的選用機制。 十、國小超額教師認為各縣市超額問題的處理因教育當局因應的時機不同,產生不同的結果。 最後根據研究結果,提供國小教師、學校、教育主管機關及未來研究建議。
The purpose of the study was to deal with the strategies for reducing the stress from the quota excess of three elementary school teachers in Taichung City in a series of three years beginning 2009 school year. Semi-structured interview was used to collect the data. The interview has lasted for two school years in order to explore the stress from quota excess by different school year and different background and the viewpoints of dealing with the quota excess by school and educational administrative organization.The results are listed below:(1)The stress from the quota excess of elementary school teachers has great effect on individual mind and family living.(2)The stress from the quota excess of elementary school teachers has far-reaching effect on teaching activities and human interaction.(3)The elementary school teachers of quota excess can meet the quota status in an optimistic and positive manner.(4)Elementary school teachers worry about how to deal with the teachers of quota excess by educational administrative organization after the change of status to special municipality of Taichung.(5)Elementary school teachers of quota excess do not take transfer into consideration. Their strategies for coping are mainly the promotion of professional teaching abilities.(6)An unsafe atmosphere pervaded the school campus as the school dealt with the issue in the teachers of quota excess.(7)The teachers of quota excess have different viewpoints of the principle, “Those who enter last have to leave first,” stipulated by school.(8) The teachers of quota excess have divergent opinions of the key points of “special protection” revised by school.(9)The teachers of quota excess claimed that the candidates by “special protection” should be selected through an open and fair mechanism.(10)The strategies for dealing with the teachers of quota excess among various counties and cities lead to different results due to different background. Finally, based on the results of study, suggestions were made for teachers, schools, and educational administrative organizations to solve the problem.
