學習型組織與教師效能關係之研究-以臺中地區國小教師為例

A Study of the Relationship between Learning Organization and Teacher Efficacy: A Case of the Selected Elementary School teachers in Taichung area

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中地區國小教師對學習型組織知覺與教師效能之現況,及不同背景變項教師對學習型組織知覺與教師效能之差異,並分析國小教師學習型組織知覺與教師效能之關係,最後綜合研究發現,供相關單位推行學習型組織之參考。   本研究採用調查研究法,研究工具為自編「國小教師學習型組織與教師效能之調查問卷」其中包含「個人基本資料」、「學習型組織量表」、「教師效能量表」三部份。針對臺中縣、臺中市公立國小之主任或組長、教師進行分層立意抽樣調查,發出問卷590份,回收有效問卷539份。收回後所得資料以SPSS12.0 統計套裝軟體進行百分比、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、t考驗、相關等統計方法進行統計分析。研究結論如下: 一、臺中地區國小教師學習型組織知覺現況,屬中度偏高程度。 二、臺中地區國小教師之教師效能的現況,屬中度偏高程度。 三、男性、46歲以上、服務21年以上、一般大學修畢教育學程、兼任行政、15班以下、台中市等背景變項教師在學習型組織知覺顯著較高。 四、不同進修情形及學校規模之教師,學習型組織知覺無顯著差異。 五、男性教師、46歲以上、服務21年以上、兼任行政職務、參加學分或學位進修之背景變項教師其教師效能顯著較高。 六、不同最高學歷、學校規模、學校地區之教師,其教師效能之現況均無顯著差異。 七、國小教師學習型組織知覺與教師效能有顯著的正相關。

This study is to investigate the current situation of the teachers’ awareness on Learning Organization and Teacher Efficacy as well as the differences of the background variables on the teachers’ awareness on Learning Organization and Teacher Efficacy. The correlation between the teachers’ awareness on Learning Organization and Teacher Efficacy is also analyzed in this study. The final analyzed results will be provided as reference for the related bureaus to carry out the project related to Learning Organization. A survey is conducted in the study. The survey is the “Questionnaires about the elementary school teachers’ Learning Organization and Teacher Efficacy” including “personal data”, “Learning Organization scale” and “Teacher Efficacy scale.” The subjects are the administrators and teachers in either public or private elementary schools in Taichung County and Taichung City. Five hundred ninety questionnaires are handed out, while five hundred thirty-nine valid ones are handed in. The collected data are analyzed by the statistic software set SPPS12.0, where the related statistic tests, like the percentage, the mean, standard deviation, single variable analysis, and t test are used. The results are as follows: 1. The teachers’ awareness on Learning Organization in Taichung area is higher than the mean. 2. The teachers’ awareness on Teacher Efficacy in Taichung area is higher than the mean. 3. The awareness on Learning Organization is significantly higher for the male subjects with the following background variables: serving more than 21 years, being administrators, aging over forty-six years old, graduating from the general universities and then taking the educational courses, serving in Taichung City, and the school where they serve having less than fifteen classes. 4. The awareness of Learning Organization is not significant for the teachers serving in different sizes of schools and taking different advanced courses. 5. The Teacher Efficacy is significantly higher for the male teachers with the following background variables: aging over 46, serving over 21 years, working in the administration departments, taking courses with credits or degrees. 6. There is no significant difference about Teacher Efficacy among the teachers with different education levels, serving in different school sizes, and different school locating areas. 7. There is a significant positive correlation between the awareness of the Learning Organization and the Teacher Efficacy on elementary school teachers.
