技專校院因應少子化創新經營策略之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討少子化現象的原因及對教育的影響,再藉由調查台灣地區技專校院因應少子化的學校創新經營策略實施現況,以提供有效因應策略予相關教育單位參考。 本研究工具採用自編之「技專校院因應少子化創新經營策略問卷」,其中包含「個人基本資料」、「學校基本資料」、「創新經營策略」三部份。 針對技專校院進行分層立意抽樣調查,發出問卷600份,收回有效問卷543份。收回後以SPSS12.0統計套裝軟體進行統計分析。研究結論如下: 壹、技專校院因應少子化創新經營策略實施現況實施程度最高為「創新教學策略」,依序:「服務管理創新」、「規劃行銷管理」、「推動策略聯盟」、「強化競爭優勢」、「落實績效管理」、「資源運用創新」。 貳、不同背景變項教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況有顯著差異。 一、不同性別教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法不同。 二、不同學歷教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法不同。 三、不同職務教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法不同。 四、不同服務年資教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法不同。 叁、不同學校背景變項之教育人員對創新經營策略實施現況有部分差異。 一、不同學校性質教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法沒有不同。 二、不同類型技專校院教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法不同。 三、不同地區技專學校教育人員對學校創新經營策略實施現況看法沒差異。

The purposes of this study are to investigate the impact of declining birth rate on education and through the survey conducted at the colleges of technology in Taiwan to understand the innovative strategies for management in response to the declining birth rate. The results of the study can be presented to the educational authorities for the future reference. In this study, the instrument was a self-made questionnaire, “Questionnaire of the Innovative Strategies for Management in Response to the Declining Birth Rate for Colleges of Technology.” It fell into three parts: 1. Personal background, 2. Basic school information, and 3. Innovative strategies for management. A total of 600 copies of questionnaire were sent to the respondents who were randomly selected from the colleges of technology. There were 543 valid responses and the data were analyzed through the statistic software - SPSS version 12.0.The key findings of this study are listed as follows: 1. Among the innovative strategies for management in response to the declining birth rate for colleges of technology, the measures they often take, in order, are “creating strategies for teaching”, “innovating management of service”, “implementing the union of strategies”, “strengthening the strong points of competitiveness”, “putting accountability into practice”, and “innovating the uses of resource.” 2. Significant differences were found in the innovative strategies for management by different personal background of school educators. (1) The school educators with different genders have different viewpoints of the innovative strategies for management. (2) The school educators with different educational background have different viewpoints of the innovative strategies for management. (3) The school educators with different positions have different viewpoints of the innovative strategies for management. (4) The school educators with different years of service have different viewpoints of the innovative strategies for management. 3. Partial differences were found in the innovative strategies for management by different school background of educators. (1) No differences existed in the viewpoints of innovative strategies for management among the various types of colleges regardless of public or private colleges. (2) The educators from the different types of colleges of technology have different viewpoints of innovative strategies for management. (3) The educators from colleges of technology in different locations don’t have different viewpoints of innovative strategies for management.
