臺中縣市國民小學學生家長參與學校教育動機與行為之研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討臺中縣市國民小學學生家長參與學校教育動機與行為表現之現況及二者的關聯。 研究以臺中縣市公立國民小學學生家長為對象,採用自編之家長參與動機量表與家長參與行為量表為調查工具;依學校所在縣市及學校規模大小,採分層取樣法,獲得有效問卷375人;問卷所得資料以SPSS/12.0套裝軟體進行描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關與多元逐步回歸等統計方法處理。 歸納研究發現,獲致以下結論:(1)臺中縣市國小學生家長參與動機強烈;(2)臺中縣市國小學生家長參與育行為良好;(3)不同背景變項家長其家長參與動機有部分差異存在;(4)不同背景變項家長其家長參與行為有部分差異存在;(5)家長參與年資越高其參與動機越強烈、參與行為越踴躍;(6)家長參與動機與家長參與行為呈現高度正相關;和(7)家長參與動機對於家長參與行為有顯著的預測力。

Abstract This study was aimed to investigate the current statuses of and relationship between parent participation motivation and parent participation behavior among elementary school students’ parents in Taichung City and County. The research subjects were parents of public elementary school students in Taichung City and County. A self-developed questionnaire titled “Survey on Parent Participation Motivation and Behavior” was used. Based on the stratified sampling method, the questionnaires were distributed according to school location and scale. A total of 375 valid responses were obtained. These responses were analyzed on SPSS/12.0 using various analysis methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression method. From research findings, the following conclusions were derived: (1) Elementary school students’ parents had strong participation motivation; (2) Elementary school students’ parents showed positive participation behavior; (3) Partial difference in participation motivation existed among parents with different background variables; (4) Partial difference in participation behavior existed among parents with different background variables; (5) Parents with a longer year of participation had stronger participation motivation and more vigorous participation behavior; (6) A highly positive relationship existed between parent participation motivation and parent participation behavior; (7) The predicting power of parent participation motivation for parent participation behavior was significant.
