摘要

醫療照護需求與日俱增，醫療服務量快速成長，新設備、新技術的研發使用，造成醫療費用高漲。為了降低醫療成本、提升醫療品質及取得競爭優勢，電子化已成為醫療照護產業的必然趨勢，而電子病歷更扮演著核心角色。
本研究旨在於建立以電子病歷導入行動裝置的創新模式，透過系統開發與隨身電子病歷創新功能的結合，落實病患本身享有自身病歷自主權，把健康資訊還給民眾。本系統以 Visual C#程式開發出應用於行動載具上之應用程式，使用者以身分證號碼與密碼方式登入進應用程式，系統以五個電子病歷相關子功能，提供給使用者隨身化的電子病歷。

Because of the rises of daily medical care needs, medical services expend rapidly. Also, the development of new equipments and skills cause the raise of medical expenses. For lower the medical costs, increase the quality of medical services, and obtain the competitive advantages, “electroniclization” will be the major trend in the medical service industry. Because of that, electronic medical record will play the core rule in the industry.
This research focuses on establishing the electronic medical record into the mobile devices; through the new innovative combination of system development and on going electronic medical record, the patients can enjoy the decision-making power of their own medical records, which provides them the up-to-date information. This system will be developed by Visual C# program to produce the related application on the mobile devices; users can simply use their ID number and passwords to log into this application. This system contains 5 related electronic medical devices as the sub-functions, which produces the user most up-to-dated on-going electronic medical records.
