家庭支持對於智能障礙者參與休閒活動之影響

摘要


摘要 智能障礙者參與休閒活動過程中,家庭對障礙兒的支持是相當重要。本研究「家庭支持對智能障礙者參與休閒活動之影響」目的在於探討台北地區家中具有輕、中度智能障礙者的家庭,其智能障礙者目前參與休閒活動之概況、家庭成員對障礙者參與休閒活動的家庭支持程度以及障礙與解決途徑。家庭支持程度包含:情感性支持、訊息性支持和實質性支持,分析家庭對於心智障礙者在此之間的瞭解與實質運用。本研究參考休閒、心智障礙及家庭支持等相關文獻,以建立本研究的分析,並且以深入訪談方式,針對台北地區家庭中已有輕、中度智能障礙者且12至15歲青少年家庭做為研究對象。研究發現:智障者參與休閒活動主要是以協會舉辦的活動居多,而家長平常以訓練障礙兒專長之休閒活動為主;對於障礙而從休閒活動中獲得到的效益以自信心增加、手腳協調度變好為主;情感性支持方面:家長多鼓勵的方式去支持障礙子女持續進行休閒活動;訊息性支持方面:家長多以協會及家長之間的訊息交流了解休閒活動並且嘗試參與其活動;實質性支持方面:家長剛開始皆陪伴,之後不需要在旁協助,另外在參與休閒活動之距離、費用與指導協助仍因部分不足而停止參與。

ABSTRACT In the mental retardation participation leisure activity process, the family to the barrier support is quite important. This research “the family supports to influence of people of mental retardation participation leisure activity” the goal lies in discusses in the Taipei area to have lightly, the moderate people of mental retardation family, Survey, family member the people of mental retardation present participation leisure activity to barrier participation leisure activity family degree of support as well as barrier and key to the situation. The family degree of support includes: Emotionality support, news support and substantive support, analysis family regarding mental barrier between this three aspect understandings and substantive utilization. This research reference leisure, the mental barrier and the family support and so on related literature, establishes this research the analysis, and by the thorough interview way, had, the moderate mental retardation lightly in view of the Taipei area family in and 12 to 15 year-old young people family does for the object of study. The research discovered: People of mental retardation participation leisure activity is mainly the active majority which conducts by the association, but the parents usually trains of leisure activity the barrier specialty primarily; Regarding barrier, but obtains from the leisure activity the benefit increases, the hands and feet by the self-confidence to cooperate the dispatcher to improve primarily; Emotional support aspect: The parents encourages the way supports the barrier children to continue to carry on the leisure activity; cognitive support aspect: The parents many and attempts by between the association and parent's news exchange understanding leisure activity participates in its activity; Material support aspect: The parents just started to accompany, afterward does not need to assist in side, moreover was away from, the expense and the instruction assistance in the participation leisure activity still insufficient stopped the participation because of the part.
