南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師工作壓力及休閒活動參與之研究

摘要

摘 要
本研究主要目的，在於探討南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師工作壓力及休閒活動參與之研究，並比較不同背景變項的國民小學兼行政主管教師，其工作壓力及休閒活動參與的差異情形。
本研究以南投縣之公立國民小學兼行政主管教師797人為對象，以普查的方式實施問卷調查，以自編「南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師工作壓力及休閒活動參與之問卷」為研究工具，內容包含：工作壓力量表、參與休閒活動量表及個人基本資料，調查期間共發出問卷797 份，回收648 份，有效問卷641 份，有效問卷比例為80.4%。為達本研究目的及考驗假設之需，本研究將回收之有效樣本以SPSS12.0統計軟體執行分析，並採用平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法來驗證假設。
本研究得到主要結論如下：
一、南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師整體工作壓力感受屬於中等程度。在五個層面中，以「工作負荷」的壓力感受最高，其次依序為「專業知能」、「內在衝突」、「人際關係」、「上級壓力」。
二、南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師整體休閒活動參與頻率屬中等程度。以休閒活動參與各類型而言，「知識性」休閒類型參與頻率最高；而以「技藝性」休閒類型參與頻率最低。
三、不同背景變項的南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師在工作壓力上，不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、職務、現職年資、學校規模等均有顯著差異。
四、不同背景變項的南投縣國民小學兼行政主管教師在休閒活動參與上，不同性別、年齡、職務、現職年資、學校規模等有顯著差異。

Abstract
This research was mainly aimed to explore the job stress and leisure participation on Elementary School Teachers also acting as administrative directors in Nantou County and to compare the different situations of job stress and leisure participation among elementary school teachers also acting as administrative directors from different backgrounds.
This research was focused on the target of 797 Public Elementary School Teachers also acting as administrative directors in Nantou county by the self-composed “Questionnaire of Job Stress and Leisure Participation of Elementary School Teachers also acting as Administrative Directors in Nantou county” as the survey tool. The content included: Job Pressure Scale, Leisure Participation Scale and Basic Personal Data. 797 questionnaires were distributed and collected 641 effective questionnaire out of 648 returned questionnaire with a return rate of 80.4%. In order to achieve the goal of this survey and requirement of test assumption, the obtained data was analyzed by the methods of SPSS12.0 Statistic Software and adopted the Descriptive Statistics, T-Test and One-way ANOVA to verify the assumptions.
The findings of this survey are as follows:
1. The Elementary school teachers also acting as administrative directors in Nantou county have moderate job stress. Among the following five aspects of the stress, the most sensed one was from “Working Load”, and then followed by “Professional Knowledge and Ability”, “Internal Conflict”, “Interpersonal Relationship” and “Pressure from the Superior.”
2. The Elementary school teachers also acting as administrative directors in Nantou county have moderate leisure participation rate. “Knowledge” leisure activities are the first choice; meanwhile, “Skill” leisure activities are the last choice.
3. Significant differences of job stress were found from variables of sex, age, marriage status, job position, years of teaching, and scale of school…etc.
4. Significant differences of leisure participation were found from variables of sex, age, marriage status, job position, years of teaching, and scale of school…etc.
