論文名稱:不同屬性照顧服務員工作投入、工作滿足、工作表現相關 因素之探討—以中部某教學醫院為例 校所組別:亞洲大學長期照護研究所 指導教授:胡庭禎博士、謝嫣娉博士 研究生:蔡麗珍 摘要:本研究主要以照顧服務員個人變項為自變項,探討醫院體系照 顧服務員之工作投入、工作滿足及工作表現之現況、相關性及差異 性。本研究共發出問卷110 份問卷,有效問卷108 份,採用SPSS 統 計軟體進行統計分析,結果發現: 1.照顧服務員個人變項的不同在工作投入及工作表現有部分顯著的 差異。 2.照顧服務員之工作投入、工作滿足、工作表現彼此有顯著的正相關。 3.照顧服務員休假變項對工作投入及工作滿足有影響力。 依據研究結果,建議建立合理化照顧個案數與薪資比之制度、建 立品質監測系統、定期評值照顧服務員工作成效、定期舉辦照顧服務 員在職教育訓練,以上提供管理者在人力培訓及管理上之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance, the relationships and the discrepancy among them for health care workers in different hospital systems. The sample number of the research was completed by 108/110. All data was analyzed using SPSS computer program for statistical analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. The different individual variables to job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance come out a partly significant discrepancy. 2. Job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance of the health care workers reveal outstanding positive relation. 3. The vacation variable for health care workers has impact on the job involvement and job satisfaction. According to the results of research, it is suggested quality monitoring systems be developed, the job proficiency of the health care workers be evaluated regularly, on-job training for the health care workers be held periodically, the proportion of case number to salary be reasonable and bilingual health care record sheets be developed.
