文獻上已證明領導者的領導模式與部屬工作滿意度呈現高度相關。以國內軍訓教官而言,教官雖服務於學校,但主管與部屬之間的互動仍然保有軍隊上下主從之倫理關係,主任教官擁有之權力不亞於部隊的主管,故軍訓主管的領導模式對於部屬工作投入程度將有決定性之影響。本研究主要探討高級中等學校軍訓主管領導模式與部屬工作滿意度之關聯性,結果發現:高級中等學校軍訓主管領導模式,可歸類為擁有魅力並注重激發動機之「曹操型領導模式」、善用知識啟發之「諸葛亮型領導模式」、強調個別關懷卻缺乏知識啟發及激發動機之「劉備型領導模式」及缺乏魅力與欠缺個別關懷之「劉璋型領導模式」。其中部屬若面對「諸葛亮型領導模式」,則對於「薪資報酬滿意程度」具高度滿意;若面對「曹操型領導模式」,則對於「同事滿意程度」及「主管滿意程度」具高度滿意;若面對「劉璋型領導模式」,則對於「同事滿意程度」、「薪資報酬滿意程度」及「主管滿意程度」具高度不滿意。
Literature has proved that high positive correlation appears between the leadership styles of executive and job satisfaction of subordinate. Regarding the domestic situation, the military ethics remains in the interaction between executive and subordinate which is the primary and the secondary even in an educational institution. The power which a chief military instructor possesses is not second to that of a director in the army. Therefore, the leadership styles of military training executive have decisive influence on how much the subordinates are devoted to their jobs. This research probes into the relation between the leadership styles of military training executive and the job satisfaction of subordinates in senior high schools. The following will be the research findings. The leadership styles of military training executive in senior high schools include the “Caocao pattern” which keeps both fascination and inspiration, the “Zhugeliang pattern” which utilizes knowledge enlightenment , the “Liubei pattern” which emphasizes individual concern but short on knowledge enlightenment and inspiration and the “Liuzhang pattern” which is short of fascination and individual concern. Among them, higher satisfaction exists with “Caocao pattern” at colleague and executive; higher satisfaction exists with “Zhugeliang pattern” at salary; higher dissatisfaction exists with “Liuzhang pattern” at colleague, salary and executive.
