中等學校跆拳道社團學員參與動機之研究-以南投縣為例 研究生:楊淑惠 指導教授:李明榮 亞洲大學經營管理研究所碩士班 摘要 本研究旨在瞭解中等學校跆拳道社團學員的參與動機。本研究採樣本調查法中的問卷方式進行,調查對象為南投地區中等參與跆拳道運動的學員,共計發出問卷500份回收446份,有效問卷422 份有效回收率為84.40%。所得各項資料統計過程均透過SPSS 10.0套裝統計軟體來加以計算並應用描述性統計、因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析及雪費爾法事後檢定等統計方法,進行各項統計考驗。最後,根據文獻及研究分析結果彙整綜合結論與建議。 茲歸納本研究主要結論如下: 一、人口統計變數:(一)男生學習人口比女生多;(二)國中生及高中職普通科學員學習人數明顯比其他類科多;(三)高一及國一人數比其他年級人數多;(四)兄弟人數比姐妹參與的多;(五)學員每月零用錢收入在1,001~1,500元者最多。 二、參與變項:(一)每週參與次數以每週1次者最多;(二)每次參與時間以1~2小時內者居多;(三)一週參與時間以週一至週五參與者居多;(四)運動的時段以下午四點以後人數最多;(五)家長贊成時段為晚上七點至十點最多。(六)學員學習年資以1〜3年最多;(七)參與的管道以同學互相介紹為最多;(八)參加跆拳道社團目的以鍛鍊身體最重要。 三、參與動機:經由因素分析的結果,可將學員參與跆拳道運動的動機依序為: 健康需求、成就需求、心理需求、休閒需求、人際需求等五個因素構面。 關鍵詞:跆拳道、社團、參與動機
A Study on the Participative Motivation of the Taekwondo Club Members at High School in Nantou County Student : Sun-Hui, Yang Advisor : Prof. Min-Rong, Lee Graduate Institute of Business Administration Asia University Abstract The aim of this paper is to investigate the participating motivation of the Taekwondo club members at high school. Adopting the way of questionnaires survey, and the investigation samples are the TaeKwondo members in Nantou County. There are 500 copies of questionnaires handed out, 466 copies returned and 422 effective ones. After the imformation gathered from the questionnaires is analyzed by descriptive analyses, factor analyses, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1.The variables of the demographics: (1) The male is more than female in learning members. (2) The students of junior high and general subject are more than other subjects. (3) The members of first grade high school are more than other grades. (4) The number of the participation of brothers are more than sisters in the family. (5) The monthly income of the member is between NT$1001 and 1500. 2.The variables of the participation: (1) The time of participation is about 1 to 2 hours, after 4 PM, from Monday to Friday, once a week. (2) The members parents prefer the time which practice from 7 to 10 PM after school. (3) The members’ learning experience are about 1 to 3 years. (4) The way to participate TaeKwondo will through their classmates, and the purpose for taking TaeKwondo is physical training. 3. Participating motivation: Through the factor analysis, the participative motivation are: healthy demand, achievement demand, psychological demand, leisure demand and social demand.
