新式健身操對國小學童健康體適能分析之研究

摘要


本研究的目的旨在探討第二代新式健身操對國小高年級學童健康體適能的 影響情形。本研究以屏東市和平國小五年級學童(男、女各28 名)為對象,依 性別及前測成績以S 型編排方式,分為實驗組(男、女各14 名)與對照組(男、 女各14 名),實驗組接受為期十二週、每週三次、每次兩個循環的第二代新式健 身操訓練;對照組維持正常作息不做任何訓練(仍照常上體育課)。實驗前、後 兩組均接受健康體適能測驗,包括:一、身體組成(身體質量指數)二、柔軟度 (坐姿體前彎)三、瞬發力(立定跳遠)四、肌耐力(一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐)五、 心肺耐力(800 公尺跑走)等五項。 實驗前以獨立樣本變異數分析做同質性考驗;實驗後以相依樣本t 檢定,考 驗前、後測的進步情形;以獨立樣本t 檢定,考驗兩組間的差異情形。顯著水準 α≤.05。結果發現,接受第二代新式健身操訓練的國小高年級學童,除了身體組 成以外,柔軟度、瞬發力、肌耐力及心肺耐力均有顯著的進步,且瞬發力、肌耐 力及心肺耐力更與未接受訓練的學童達到顯著的差異。 本研究證實第二代新式健身操確實可以明顯的促進國小高年級學童的柔軟 度、瞬發力、肌耐力及心肺耐力,因此建議各國小應積極推展健身操活動,以改 善學童的體能狀況,使學童的身心均能獲致健全的發展。

The research intended to discuss the effect of the second version new-exercise on the physical fitness of the upper-level elementary school students. The research was aimed at the fifth grade students (male sample: 28, female sample:28) of He-Ping Elementary School in Ping-Dong city. The students were divided into one experimental group (the number of male and female is 14 each) and one antithetic group (the number of male and female is 14 each) in S formation according to gender and pretest results. The experimental group received the second version new-exercise training for two circuits a time, three times a week, with duration of twelve weeks. The antithetic group maintained regular lifestyle and received no training, but normal participation sports curriculum. Both groups received physical fitness test before and after the experiment. The content of physical fitness test includes: 1. Body Composition (Body Mass Index) 2. Flexibility (sit and reach) 3. Explosive force (stand jumping) 4. Muscle endurance (one-minute sit up) 5. Heart and lung staying power (800m jogging). After the experiment, the homogeneity between groups was tested by independent sample ANOVA; the progress range was tested by interdependent sample t. The level of significance ? III @.05. The test result indicated that the upper-level elementary school students who received the second version new-exercise had made significant progress in flexibility, explosive force, muscle endurance and heart and lung staying power except in body composition. Besides, significant difference existed in explosive force, muscle endurance and heart and lung staying power between trained students and non-trained students. The research verified that the second version new-exercise could apparently improve the flexibility, explosive force, muscle endurance and heart and lung staying power of the upper-level elementary school students. Therefore, it is suggested that all elementary schools promoted the exercise program actively to improve the health condition of students and thus developed their body and mind.
