學校社團經營與學生學習滿意度之研究

A Study on The Relationship Between Administration of Club and Learning Satisfaction of Students in The Schools

摘要

本研究旨在探討南投縣國民小學社團經營與學生參加社團活動學習滿意度之現況。研究對象以南投縣參加學校特色社團活動的學生，作為調查取樣的樣本，有效樣本551份，採問卷調查法，以「學校社團經營與學生學習滿意度量表」為研究工具，分為課程安排與設計、教師教學、學習成效、學校行政及同儕關係等五個構面，進行資料蒐集整理分析，並利用 SPSS Window 12.0 中文版本及獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析法及相關分析進行統計分析，主要獲得以下研究結果：
一、南投縣國民小學學生對社團活動學習滿意度的層面，以學習成效最高，依序為同儕關係、學校行政、教師教學、課程安排與設計。
二、南投縣國民小學學生對社團活動學習滿意度在學校因素上，學生年級及學生參加社團類型存有顯著差異。
三、南投縣國民小學學生對社團活動學習滿意度在教師因素上，課後是否練習、學校規模、及學生參加社團類型存有顯著差異。
四、南投縣國民小學學生對社團活動學習滿意度在學生因素上，性別之變異數存有顯著差異。
五、南投縣國民小學學生對社團活動學習滿意度在各構面間均呈現正向相關關係。
最後就研究結果進行綜合討論，並對教育主管機關、學校及社團指導老師提出具體可行建議。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the administration of club in the schools of Nan Tou County and to investigate the level of satisfaction of students as club participants. The subjects of this research are students who participates the clubs of their school. There are 551 valid questionnaires. The research method used in this research is survey and questionnaire. The research tool used is “the administration of clubs of the school and the level of satisfaction questionnaire”. The data are analyzed by the statistical package “SPSS Window 12.0”, T-Test, and one-way analysis of variance. The conclusions are drawn and stated as follows:

1.The level of satisfaction of students as club participants of schools in Nantou County towards club, the level of learning has the highest satisfaction. The second is peer relation, school administration, teachers’ teaching and the arrangement and design of curriculum design.
2.As a school factor, there are significant differences between the types of clubs the subjects participate.
3.As a teacher factor, there are significant differences between the after school practices, the school sizes, and the participation of the types of the clubs.
4.As a gender factor, there are significant differences between female students and males students.
5.The level of club participation satisfaction of students of Nantou County, there is positive correlation with different level of factors.
