企業文化、組織結構、電子化策略與經營績效之關係研究

摘要


本研究目的在探討企業利用電子化來提昇營運效率及維持競爭優勢過程中,企業文化與組織結構對電子化策略選擇及經營績效的影響,以及四者之間彼此的關聯性。本研究利用服務、效率、誠信及合作程度作為企業文化衡量構面,以分權程度、正式程度、整合程度作為組織結構衡量構面,以成本領導、行銷差異、創新差異作為電子化策略衡量構面,最後以財務面、營運面、顧客面、員工面作為經營績效衡量構面。 本研究採深入訪談與問卷調查方式,以台中縣市機械產業為研究對象,調查獲得187個樣本,所得的資料以SPSS10.0及LISREL軟體來分析結果和檢定研究假設。本研究可歸納出以下點結論 1.機械產業主要以中小型企業者佔大多數。企業文化、組織結構、電子化策略與經營績效四者有結構完整、互動綿密之關係。 2.企業文化與公司組織結構有顯著關聯,特別是組織結構的分權化程度及整合化程度。 3.本研究提出的不同的組織結構採行相對應的電子化策略。 4.經營績效的衡量是以財務面與營運面為主。 5.公司規模與採行的電子化策略有顯著相關。規模小組群多採成本領導策略。

The purpose of this research is to study how a company’s culture and organizational structure choose e-business strategy and influence operational performance using e-processes that promotes operational effectiveness and maintains competitive advantages, and the relations between these four factors. This research uses the degree of service, effectiveness, sincerity and cooperation to evaluate a company’s culture; degree of authorization, regularity and integration to evaluate the organization; cost orientation, marketing difference and innovative difference to evaluate the e-business strategy; and finance, operation, customers and personnel factors to evaluate operational effectiveness. This research used the machinery industry in Taichung county and city as study population. We obtained 187 samples through in-depth interview and questionnaire surveys. We used SPSS10.0 and LISREL software to analyze the data and test the hypothesis. This research has the following conclusions: 1.The great majority are middle-small size enterprises in the machinery industry. The relationship among the company’s culture, organizational structure, the e-strategy and operations has full structure and close interaction. 2.A company’s culture and organizational structure are obviously closely related, especially the degree of authorization and integration in the organizational structure. 3.This research proposes e-strategies for different organizational structures. 4.Finance and operations mainly evaluate operational effectiveness. 5.Company’s structure and adapted e-strategy are obviously closely related. A small sample group mostly uses a cost orientation strategy.
