由於無線區域網路的應用範圍逐漸擴大,現今無線區域網路的涵蓋範圍,已逐漸從室內延伸至室外,由企業、家庭,逐步擴展到公共場所,因此人們在公眾場所使用無線上網,將是一股不可檔的趨勢。在無線區域網路環境中,傳輸的效能與傳輸環境息息相關,故易受距離、障礙物、雜訊、雨衰天候等環境影響,而造成訊號衰減甚至斷訊現象,而直接影響其傳輸效能,以致無法達到表列極速傳輸表現。 本研究乃以IEEE802.11無線區域網路技術為研究範圍,並以公眾無線區域網路環境架構下,依據無線區域網路實體層特性,找出無線區域網路效能影響的誤差因子與控制因子。以模擬實驗方式在衰減環境下:距離衰減、多重路徑干擾、同鄰頻干擾、雨衰氣候境境,量測出無線區域網路實際傳輸效能。並在增益環境下:基地台建置率、功率增益、天線增益、頻道分配機制環境,來提升無線區域網路傳輸效能,最後提出佈置建議及建議事項,期許對網路服務業者與使用者有所助益。
Today, the range of application of Wireless LAN is expanded gradually, thus its coverage has been expanded to outdoors and has been progressively moved to the public place in both enterprise and family. Therefore, the usage of Wireless LAN to connect internet in the public place become a trend that no one can stop. The efficiency of transmission is related to the environment of Wireless LAN. It is because distance, Barrier, noise , rain attenuation and weather, environmental impact will affect the signal strength. This research utilizes the IEEE802.11 Wireless LAN technology as well as the public Wireless LAN environmental structures in order to find out the error factors and control factors according to the characteristics of physical layer of Wireless LAN. The experiments are imitated the real world under the fading environment:path fades, multi-path interference, co-channel and adjacent channels interference, rain attenuation and weather environment, in order to measure the real transmission efficiency of the Wireless LAN. Another experiments are imitated under gaining the environment:effective coverage rate, power gain, antenna gain, channel allocation mechanism in order to improve the transmit efficiency of the Wireless LAN. Finally the research provides the suggestion of future construction and precautions that benefits to the wireless internet service provider and user.
