光纖傳輸網路監測機制-以台灣高鐵資料傳輸系統為例

摘要


光纖網路提供高頻寬的訊務承載(Traffic Load),可傳送大量的資料到達目的端;相對的當光纖實體鏈路或傳輸設備發生故障時,將會造成傳輸中的資料流失或網路服務被中斷,影響整個傳輸網路的效能和運作。因此如何規劃傳輸網路的容錯、備援和有效連結服務是重要的議題;但是要建設一個百分之一百的容錯和備援環境,所付出的代價是不合乎成本效益。鐵道通訊系統不僅是鐵道事業的輔助工具,更是追求「安全、可靠、舒適、便捷」的高速鐵路重要角色。高鐵資料傳輸系統(Data Transmission System,DTS)以穿透性(Transparent)提供傳輸服務,負責傳送相互界接子系統的訊務到達目的地。本論文研究目的於目前高鐵資料傳輸系統架構下,以光網路保護與恢復機制(Protection and Restoration Scheme)做探討,提出光纖傳輸網路監測機制對資料傳輸系統的光纖實體鏈路予以監測,進而確保傳輸網路的可靠度(Reliability)、可用性(Availability)和存活率(Survivability),以達到臺灣高速鐵路公司「可靠度、妥善率、可維修度、安全性」(R.A.M.S)的高標準維修目標;同時也避免當光纖鏈路失效時,營運列車需要降級運轉或依指示行駛,影響到高鐵營運狀況或交通運輸服務品質。

The optical fiber as the transmission backbone provides a high bandwidth for the broadband network and delivers the traffic load to the destination. If the fiber links or the equipments are out of service, that will cause the path or node down. The data will miss and affect the network efficiency or operation. The survivability is basic requirement for the transmission network. But construct 100% the fault tolerance environment to setup the reliable transmission system, the total cost wills high than the cost benefit. Therefore how to scheme the redundancy and fault tolerance for the entirety network that is an important issue. The railway communication system provides the transparent paths to deliver voice, video and data throughout the Data Transmission System (DTS) network of Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation (THSRC). It plays the significant role for THSRC revenue target under the safety, reliability, comfortable and convenience request. DTS networks consist of one STM-16 main loop and five STM-4 access loops that supplies the various interfaces for the connected sub-systems. In this thesis, we will review three type protection ways from Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) technique that is 2-Fiber MS-SPRING, SNCP and MSP scheme to apply to DTS networks. Also study on the optical fault management methods: Protection and Restoration. To propose the fiber links monitor scheme that will check the link status and ensure the qualities of the fibers for the transmission network. It wills submit THSRC maintenance policy of the reliability, availability, maintenance and safety; prevent the event of the fiber links fault to inflict THSRC revenue and the quality of service of the transportation.
