本研究提出一套國小籃球網路電腦適性測驗(Basketball Computerized Adaptive testing System,BCAT)診斷模式(Diagnostic Prototype)之設計與建置,主要目的在於協助國小體育老師提昇籃球教學、有效檢測及評分過程。此外,本研究也希望學生能透過此套診斷式網路電腦適性測驗,瞭解其學習弱點並積極改進。本系統以知識結構(knowledge structure)為基礎,具有下列特色:(1)影片或聲音可依照題庫內之不同題型來播放;(2)測驗前會先行解說操作說明,以利測驗之進行;(3)診斷結果之訊息會在測驗結束後立即顯示。本系統共有二個子系統:「多媒體題庫測驗子系統」以及「補救教學子系統」,包括三個模組:(1)適性診斷測驗模組;(2)成績查詢模組;和(3)補救教學模組。 為驗證系統之可行性,本研究分為預試和正式施測二階段,預試以中部地區國小五年級二班為樣本,總計有效樣本64名。正式施測則分成適性測驗和補救教學兩部分,各以國小五年級四班(120人)學生、四班(121人)學生為對象,進行試用。本研究所建置之系統,經過受試學生上網參加測驗後,運作十分順暢而且有效,證明本系統可以落實應用在國小體育中作為籃球評量或補救教學之用。此外,研究結果也顯示,本套系統受到學生喜愛,因而促使他們更熟悉籃球基本動作。體育教師則可依據學生體育程度彈性修改課程或測驗題庫內容,由此可知,本研究之結果具有高度的實用價值。
The study is to propose a diagnostic prototype for web-based basketball computerized adaptive testing system (BCAT) in elementary school settings. This research intends to help students find out their learning weakness and correct their defects through this diagnostic program. Furthermore, it also intends to help instructors improve their teaching, testing, and grading through the multiple media system. The BCAT was designed with special features: (1) Films or sounds can be played depending on the types of the item bank; (2) For usability, a guideline to operate was presented before testing; and (3) Diagnostic information can be obtained right after an immediate test result. To verify the applicability of the proposed assessment, a total of 64 fifth graders in Central Taiwan were piloted in the study and a total of 241 fifth graders were carried out in the formal study. The result indicated that the BCAT, an appropriate program based on knowledge structure, might inspire pupils to become more expert in basketball. Moreover, the program would provide physical teachers with another teaching model to revise their basketball curriculum or assessment based adaptively on students’ levels.
