PACS(Picture Archiving Communication Systems)的效益在許多的文獻上已被廣泛討論,而在台灣的醫療院所表示會在五年內投資發展PACS,但所投資之金額相當龐大,因此如何建立一評準模式來輔以建置規劃之決策,成功的導入合適的PACS。 有關PACS的許多基本理念在其他文章中均有提到,但因為各醫院之設備,環境均有所不同,架構上應會有所差異。因此本文參考文獻,並以某區域醫院針對六家廠商在整體建置規劃層面上,對PACS建置所需考慮之因子,歸納為八大層面及二十八項準則,另依問卷調查之統計賦以其各準則之權重。 最後該區域醫院的PACS評選小組依評分表內容評分,並輔以決策理論之灰關聯分析(Grey Relation Analysis,GRA)來探討,以決定各PACS廠商對醫院建置醫學影像傳輸儲存系統之優先順序。 以往PACS建置時,只注重成本及績效,而本研究論文係從不同的決策理論角度來思考,提供整體品質思考之另類決策參考模式。
Efficiency of picture archiving communication systems (PACS) has already been discussed extensively on a lot of academic papers. The medical institutes in Taiwan state that they will invest money in developing PACS within five years. However, the amount of money needed for the investment is quite huge, so setting up a model of evaluation allows the way to complement with the decision of construction planning, and therefore successfully constructing PACS. Referring to a lot of basic ideas of PACS from articles, the equipments and the situation of each hospital are different, and, therefore, the structure of the PACS will be different as well. According to the references in this thesis and the plan of a regional hospital on the aspect in the whole construction by six manufacturers, the factors needed to be considered to PACS construction include 8 major aspects and 28 items of criterion. Each factor was given different weighting based on the statistics of questionnaire investigation. Finally, the evaluation was made by the PACS committee of the regional hospital and was graded in accordance with the content of the grade form. The decision was made according to the grey relation analysis (GRA), in order to determine the priority of each PACS manufacturer for constructing PACS. In the past, only cost and performance were paid attention for PACS construction. This research thesis considered with different respects in decision theories, and provided another mode of decision making with consideration of whole quality.
