最近幾年來,國際間相繼發生進口農產品被檢驗出茶葉農藥殘留過量和蘋果發現蠹蟲等多起重大農產品污染事件。除了造成生產者和消費者之間的不安與恐慌,同時也對農業的經濟體制,形成嚴重的衝擊,大多數農民因此受到無辜的波及。 本文以茶葉農產品為研究的主軸,從栽種、採收、製作、檢驗、出售等過程皆有詳細的記錄可供查詢。不但可控制產品的品質與安全,而且一旦發生問題追溯來源也相當的方便。因此落實農產品產銷履歷制度不但可增加產品價值而且也可提升農產品的國際競爭力。本文主要是透過無線射頻辨識技術與資料庫系統的整合,以建立茶葉產銷履歷制度,來建構以無線設備讀取服務資訊的平台。透過科技產物的功能,消費者可以很方便的獲取所購買產品的產銷歷程,強化消費者對農產品使用的信心。
In recent years, several serious pollutions of imported agricultural products have been reported consecutively, e.g. overdose of insecticide had been checked out on the imported tea and worms had been found on the imported apples. They not only caused overwhelming panic among producers and consumers, but also exercised a serious impact on the agricultural economic system. This article focuses mainly on the study to find out a reliable solution system with an example of agricultural product --- tea. This system includes the process of planting, harvest, production, examination, and sale, which all offer a detailed as well as traceable record. With this recording system, the product is not only guaranteed with its quality and safety, but also traceable when any unhappy problem happens. Therefore, the agricultural production traceable system helps farmers promote the added value of their agricultural products. In this article, efforts have been made to set up a traceable system for the tea production through the integration of the Radio Frequency Identification technology and the database system. In addition, a service platform on which the access of the data is enabled through the wireless equipment is also carried out. Consumers will be well convinced of the production process of the bought products, which in return will reinforce their confidence on consuming them.
