本論文研究與設計居家照護網路,利用新一代網際網路協定(IPv6)以及短距離無線傳輸(WPAN)做結合,用以打造適合老人居家照護的智慧型環境。由於IPv6有高移動性、IP位址多、高安全性以及容易擴充等優點,以IPv6作為居家照護網路的平台,達到隨時隨地即時掌握受照護者的情況。我們將以心電圖為例,運用嵌入式系統實際開發無線生理訊號量測裝置。本論文所使用的傳輸技術為IEEE802.15.4 Zigbee技術,其優點在於低電量、低功率、傳輸距離長,相當適合應用在居家照護的領域上,並且透過實驗,來驗證本構想的可行性。
This paper presents an intelligent home-based healthcare networks based on the combinations of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) and Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPAN) for elderly people. This proposal comes from the fact that IPv6 provides ubiquitous health-monitoring due to its advantages of higher mobility, more IP address、and better personal privacy. We take electrocardiogram (ECG) as an example and develop an embedded system for wireless biomedical signal measurements. Transmission technologies involved in our development is IEEE802.15.4 Zigbee providing low power consumption and long transmission distance advantages that is particularly suitable for home healthcare application.
