企業導入企業資源規劃系統績效之研究

摘要


面臨環境快速變遷與競爭激烈的情況,「資訊系統」及「內部控制制度」已經儼然成為近代企業管理運作的兩大重要議題。鑒於此,許多企業希望藉由企業E化來改善公司體質,提升公司整體的競爭力。當企業在導入ERP後,影響企業風險之內部控制理論、設計已有明顯變化,有別於傳統,其風險類型、強度亦有質與量的不同,重新評估、檢視導入ERP後所產生的風險變化及相對的因應措施為企業內部控制當前的重要課題。 本研究主要目的為了解企業在績效上的重要影響因素,探討影響因素對ERP系統績效影響的程度,故採取半開放式問卷,利用描述性統計分析來瞭解現況,最後依研究目的推導出結論與建議。共計回收問卷數為353份,有效樣本數為267份,有效問卷回收率約為75.63%。 導入ERP後所設定的KPI,是需要花上至少半年的時間,成效才會顯現出來,企業必須了解導入ERP是不能馬上看到預期的成效,而是需要時間的累積才看的到成效。當系統導入後,資訊整合的績效指標大都勾選明顯提昇,代表樣本企業在導入ERP後,都認同在資料整合的績效上能夠明顯提昇企業的績效。而提昇最多的是資訊的即時性與資訊的整合。企業在作業營運績效指標大都勾選有些提昇,除了結帳時間這項指標勾選明顯提昇較多外,由此可看出,樣本企業認為導入ERP系統後僅能有限度的提昇作業營運績效。

Face rapidly changing clinical environment and intense competition, the "information system" and "the system of internal control" has become the operation of modern enterprise management of the two big important issues. In view of this, many companies hoping to improve E-business company constitution to enhance the overall competitiveness of the company. When you import ERP enterprise, the impact of the internal control of enterprise risk theory, design changes have been significantly different from the traditional, types of risk, strong degree of quality and volume are also the different re-assessed, after the view into ERP risks arising from changes in relative measures in response to the current internal control for the enterprise an important issue. The main purpose of this study was to understand the performance of enterprises in the important factors to explore the impact of factors on the impact of ERP systems performance level, so take the semi-open questionnaires, the use of descriptive statistical analysis to understand the current state of research in accordance with the purpose of the final derived conclusions and recommendations. Total recovery for the 353 copies of the questionnaire data, the number of effective samples for the 267 copies of valid questionnaires, the recovery rate is about 75.63%. Into ERP set after KPI, is the need to spend time at least half of the year, will show the effectiveness of future, enterprises must understand the import ERP is not able to immediately see the expected results, but it takes time to look at cumulative to the effectiveness. When imported, the information integration of performance indicators improved significantly metropolis check, a representative sample of enterprises into ERP, the metropolis is recognized by the performance of data integration can significantly enhance the performance of enterprises. The upgrade is the most real-time information integration and information.
