運用RFID與分散式資料庫建構財產管理系統 ─ 以大學院校不同學區為例

摘要


資產有效率的管理及利用是每個學校所追求的目標,尤其在這提倡節能和資源共享的時代。利用RFID技術上的彈性,使學校各級單位都能達到有效率的管理,再結合分散式資料庫的特性,各分校的管理單位可輕易知道,學校的財產使用率如何,以此為依據進行財產的購買或調用。期望學校可以因為這套系統達到節能的目的,減少不必要的支出,提高財產的使用效能。 利用RFID標籤的可重複讀寫性特性和分散式資料庫的結合,規劃一個財產管理系統,在學校及個分校內進行財產借用及轉移的管理。此系統可判斷財產使用率;對有高度需求的財產,此系統可進行財產的調用,提高資產的效能並減少不必要的支出。

Management and efficient use of assets is objective pursued by all schools, in particular, to promote energy conservation and in this era of resource sharing. By using RFID technology and its flexibility, schools at all levels can achieve efficient management; integrated with the distributed database, the management department of a multiple-campuses university can easily know asset utilization rate as a basis to purchase or make inter transfer. It is expected that, by implementing this system, the school can achieve the purpose of energy efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures and improve the effectiveness of the asset usage. By using RFID tags with rewritable characteristics and integrating with a distributed database, an asset management system can be implemented to manage the asset transactions such as borrowing or inter transfer among university campuses. This system can determine the asset utilization rate; for high-demand assets, the system can make assets transfer to enhance the effectiveness of assets and reduce necessary expenditures.
