自行車休閒風在現今已蔚為風潮,自行車不再單純是代步工具,而是一種提倡節能減碳、健身運動的旅遊工具,同時也因工作關係以及生活作息不正常,造成國人普遍有肥胖現象,而疾病也隨此浪潮席捲而來。隨著國人保健養生觀念逐漸提升之影響,選擇騎乘自行車,不但可達環保目的,更可強健保身。本研究係以SF-36台灣版問卷為測量工具,以探討騎乘自行車專業化程度與健康自評之影響,以自填式問卷並採便利抽樣法,本研究於2009年3月至4月間進行問卷發放,共發放450份,有效問卷398份,有效問卷率88%。 ㄧ、騎乘自行車運動者專業化程度分群:本研究受訪者在專業化程度中可分為初階程度受訪 者,佔34.9%為比例最高者,其次依序為中階程度受訪者,佔28.9%、新手程度受訪 者,佔25.9%、最後則是以專業程度受訪者佔10.3%為比例最低者。 二、騎乘自行車運動者專業化程度與健康自評之關係:受訪者專業化程度在「生理功能 (PF)」、「活動力(VT)」、「一般性心理健康(MH)」、「身體疼痛(BP)」、 「整體健康感受(GH)」以及「自評健康變化(HT)」呈現正向相關。 三、受訪者在選擇從事騎乘自行車運動的動機以「鍛鍊身體促進健康」、「舒緩壓力」以 及「維持良好體態」為前三名主要動機。 四、受訪者在從事騎乘自行車運動時,會受到「沒有多餘的時間」、「缺乏同伴」以及 「在馬路騎車太危險」等前三名主要阻礙所影響。 基於上述研究結果建議可以健康為主,旅遊為輔,以利政府相關單位推動自行車相關 活動時之參考。
The bicycle becomes popular recently; it is not only transportation but also a tool of health promotion and reduction of carbon. Due to working stresses and abnormal living styles, many Taiwanese are over weight and induce various many kinds of illness. People start to ride bicycles to achieve their health and reduce environmental pollutions. The objective of this research was to study the relationship between bicycle rider’s self-reported health and specialization by Short Form 36. Four hundred and fifty people were selected in this cross-sectional, descriptive study by using a structured questionnaire. Three hundred and ninety-eight valid data were used to analyze as the results, the valid corresponding rate was 88%. The surveys were conducted during the period of March 1 to April 30 2009. The results of this study were the followings: 1. Most surveyed bicycle riders were assessed as the primary level of specialization, the percentage was 34.9%, 28.9%, 25.9% and 10.3% of the surveyed ones were graded as new, the middle level, and the highest level of specialization, separately. 2. The values of physical functioning (PF), vitality (VT), mental health (MH), bodily pain (BP), general health (GH) and report health transition (HC) were significantly positively related to a bicycle rider’s specialization. 3. To promote physical activity health, to relieve stress and to maintain good posture were the top three bicycle rider’s motivations, they were significantly related to surveyed bicycle rider’s specialization. 4. No time, lack of companions and too dangerous to ride a bicycle in the road were the top three bicycle rider’s constraints, they were significantly related to surveyed bicycle rider’s specialization. It is suggest Government to take the results of this study as references to promote bicycle sport, health promotion is considered as the first strategy, and to develop bicycle-tourism as the second one.
