「都市更新」不僅是都市的化妝師,亦是改善全面性的都市實質環境與機能,並活絡整體都市的經濟、社會與環境。台北市政府為了平衡東西區的發展,因此積極推動「翻轉軸線,再造西區」的都市更新政策,使其原先老舊沒落的萬華地區蛻變成有系統且富機能性的新面貌。也因萬華地區具有重要歷史古蹟的觀光地區,其觀光發展為當地重要的產業活動之一,再經都市更新規劃後的新觀光路線,因而吸引更多國內外遊客前來,觀光發展所帶來衝擊是直接對當地經濟、社會與環境產生影響,其居民是感受最深的,故本研究以台北市萬華區都市更新區域之居民為研究對象,研究目的為探討經都市更新後,居民對於觀光發展認知、態度與滿意度間之關係。 本研究採問卷調查法針對萬華更新地區之居民共發放500份問卷,並取得有效問卷為468份,運用描述性統計、因素分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定與結構方程式模型分析等進行資料分析。經實證研究結果顯示: 1. 萬華地區居民對都市更新後,因觀光發展而使得當地經濟狀況獲得改善,均表示認同;並對都市更新計畫與觀光發展表示其必要性與認同;也對當地整體的外觀環境感到滿意。 2. 經由因素分析,觀光發展認知萃取五個構面,觀光發展態度為五個構面,觀光發展滿意度為四個構面。 3. 不同的居民屬性對觀光發展認知、態度與滿意度有顯著相關。 4. 居民對觀光發展的認知將影響觀光發展的態度,而觀光發展的態度將影響觀光發展的滿意度,但觀光發展的認知不會影響觀光發展滿意度。 由本研究分析結果得知,都市更新將有助於該地區之觀光發展,且若能加強當地居民對觀光發展的認知與態度,將能有效提升都市更新後民眾對觀光發展的滿意度。
Urban renewal was not only a make-up artist of city, also was to improve the environment and functions of overall city, and active overall economic, social and environmental. Taipei City Government in ordered to balance the development of east area and west area in Taipei City, so to actively promote the urban renewal policy to Wanhua area. It changed Wanhua area into a systematic and highly functional place. Wanhua area also has many important historical monuments in here and was a famous tourism area. The tourism development was important for one of local industries in Wanhua area, and through the urban renewal planning that new tourism routes attracted more internal and abroad tourists. Tourism development directly affected to local economic, social and environmental, and residents were deeply feeling about it. Residents lived in Wanhua areas after urban renewal were be objects of study. The research purpose was to explore the relation about the residents’ perceptions, attitudes and satisfactions toward tourism development through the urban renewal. This study used a questionnaire survey method for residents in Wanhua, and distributed sent total 500 questionnaires, and obtained 468 valid questionnaires. This study used descriptive statistics, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test analysis and SEM for data. The study findings showed: 1. Residents in Wanhua area mostly expressed agreement that the local economic situation improved by tourism development after the urban renewal. Beside expressed agreement and necessity about urban renewal and tourism development; also felt satisfaction about the overall appearance of the local environment. 2. Through factor analysis the result sowed perception of tourism development had five dimensions; the attitude of tourism development had five dimensions; the satisfaction of tourism development had four dimensions. 3. Residents’ different backgrounds with the perception, attitude and satisfaction of tourism development were significantly related. 4. Residents’ perceptions of tourism development will be affect the attitudes of tourism development; residents’ attitudes of tourism development will be affect the satisfactions of tourism development; but residents’ perceptions of tourism development will be not affect the satisfactions of tourism development. Finally, the results of this study know that urban renewal plans would be help for tourism development, and could be strengthen local residents’ perceptions and attitudes toward tourism development. Also that would be able to upgrade the public about satisfaction of tourism development after the urban renewal.
