太極拳長久以來已被大眾認為是一種重要的健身運動,研究文獻得知多數人參加太極拳運動是為了健身強體;本研究調查,除了健康需求之外,探討其他參與太極拳運動的成就動機和參與滿意度,以供經營太極拳道場者參考。本研究問卷調查對象為南投、草屯、中興、集集等地區太極拳運動參與者,經隨機發放450份問卷,回收有效問卷386份後,有效量表回收率為85.8%,經以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森差積相關分析,研究其自變項為不同背景變項,依變項為參與動機及滿意度,研究結果摘述如下: 一、男性太極拳運動參與者獲得較佳的參與動機,參與天數愈多與運動年數愈高者,且有收費者亦獲得較好的參與動機。 二、男性太極拳運動參與者獲得較佳的滿意度,參與天數愈多與運動年數愈高者,且有收費者亦獲得較好的滿意度。 三、太極拳運動參與者的參與動機愈強烈,則獲得較佳的滿意度。 四、養成規律太極拳運動習慣,有效增加太極拳運動參與頻率,得以 放鬆促進身心健康。
Chinese Shadow Boxing has long been considered an important exercise for health in China. Most Chinese Shadow Boxing participants take this exercise to strengthen and improve their physical condition. In addition to the reason mentioned above, whether some other factors exist to attract so many participants in this exercise? This study aimed to find out these factors. Participants in Nantou, Caotun, Jhongsing New Village and Jiji were chosen as samples for this study. The research uses the questionnaire survey procedure, the grand total provides 450 questionnaire, recycling effective questionnaire 386, the effective questionnaire recycling a rate 85.8%. Descriptive statistic analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were conducted in this study. Sex, length of practicing Chinese Shadow Boxing time, years of taking exercise, charge of Chinese Shadow Boxing training (those so-called “background variables”) were used as independent variables, the dependent variables were motivation and satisfaction of Chinese Shadow Boxing. The results in this study were summarized as follows: 1. Male, longer term of Chinese Shadow Boxing practicing time, longer years of taking exercise, and charging of Chinese Shadow Boxing training were highly related to stronger motivation in participating in this exercise. 2. Male, longer term of Chinese Shadow Boxing practicing time, longer years of taking exercise, and charging of Chinese Shadow Boxing training also led to higher satisfaction in participating in this exercise. 3. Besides, stronger motivation in practicing Chinese Shadow Boxing also led to higher satisfaction, i.e. they were highly interrelated and had positive correlation. 4. Getting into the habit of Chinese Shadow Boxing, increasing the frequency of participation on Chinese Shadow Boxing lead to healthy body and mind.
