本研究旨在瞭解某復健病房照顧服務員之社會支持與生活品質
現況，研究工具為參考相關文獻所擬定之結構式問卷，問卷內容包括
照顧服務員之個人背景變項（基本資料）、社會支持量表、生活品質
問卷。研究對象為中部某復健病房之照顧服務員，共取樣100人，有
效樣本回收率為100％。回收之問卷資料輸入電腦建檔後，以SPSS
12.0 套裝軟體進行百分比、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因
子變異數分析、薛費式事後比較、Pearson積差相關及逐步迴歸等統
計分析。

本研究之主要結論如下：
1. 照顧服務員之社會支持足夠程度具有中上程度。
2. 照顧服務員之生活品質滿意度具有中上程度，尤其是「生理健康範疇」最高。
3. 照顧服務員之社會支持會因工作年資、宗教信仰不同而有差異。
4. 照顧服務員之生活品質會因性別不同而有差異。
5. 照顧服務員之社會支持對於生活品質具有正相關。
6. 社會支持足夠程度可預測整體生活品質狀況。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate social support and life
quality of nursing aides. The research tool employed here is a structural questionnaire based on the domestic researches. The structural question-
nnaire includes demographic data sheet, social scale, and life of quality scale. Participants were 100 from a rehabilitation unit in central Taiwan. The response rate reached 100%. The data were processed by SPSS 12.0 with percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe post-hoc method, Pearson product moment correlation and simple linear regressions.

The major results of this study are described as follows:
1. The social support of nursing aides is quite high.
2. The life quality of nursing aides is quite high, especially at the「Physic-
al health category」.
3. The social support of nursing aides is difference with the religious and the years of work experience.
4. The life quality of nursing aides is difference with gender.
5. Nursing aides social support and life of quality are positive correlation.
6. Social support could predict the life of quality.
