本研究主要目的在討論大專學生志工參與攜手計畫之過程、動機與困境的主體經驗探究。期待了解大專學生志工投入校園進行半專業輔導工作的經驗,進而能對於未來推動大專學生志工投入校園進行服務工作提供參考。 本論文以質性研究進行,透過訪談十六位參與攜手計畫相關成員進行訪談(包含十位大專學生志工、兩位負責督導志工之大專校院老師、三位國中輔導室現、前任輔導組長與一位前縣府業務承辦人)。 研究結果發現:(1)在初始動機方面,選擇投入動機大多是希望能增加實務經歷、培訓課程吸引和對於青少年領域的堅持;在持續動機方面,除了延續初始動機之外,另外學生給予的回饋與鼓勵、在團體中所獲的的歸屬感,與傳承的精神是志工們持續投入的原因。(2)大專學生志工在互動過程中角色是具有他們的獨特性。(3)夥伴學校有所期待,卻無法給予足夠支持。
The purpose of the research was to explore the experiences of the College Student Volunteers participate paraprofessional program(Hand-in-Hand Program). It is specifically to understand their initial motivations, continuous participation motivations, encountered difficulties, and the process of the program experiences. Anticipated understood the experiences, it can provide the campus regarding the future impetus undergraduate volunteer to carry on the services to provide the reference. This research apply in-depth interview as research method. The interviewers of this study were ten College Student Volunteers, two volunteer supervisors, three school counselors and one administration supervisor. The primary findings of this research were three conclusions(1)In terms of the initial motivations, the motivations include “expectation to learn more professional knowledge and skills”,” enthusiasm of training course” and “enthusiasm of caring Youths”. In terms of the continuous participation motivations, the motivations besides continue the initial motivations, but also effected “participate student feedback”,” other volunteers support” and “want to spread the experiences to a later stage”.(2)The College Student Volunteers was play a special role in this program.(3)The school has the anticipation, but it was actually unable to gave enough support.
