考量性別差異的自行車設計

摘要


目前全世界正極力倡導綠色革命,希望彌補因過度使用自然資源,對生態環境造成的傷害。除了政策與法規的制定外,更開始建設有利環境改善的設施,如自行車道路、風力發電等。2008年全球爆發金融風暴,企業皆受到嚴重的損失;然而在此衝擊下,自行車業卻仍保持著高銷售額,2009年台灣自行車全球出口金額高達近13億美元,可見騎乘自行車已逐漸成為一股趨勢。而企業為達永續發展,應極力滿足不同顧客的需求,如此才能保持高度競爭力。品質機能展開是一種可協助企業蒐集顧客需求聲音,並透過工程需求的轉化,以達更快速掌握設計重點與改善資訊。然而,過去的學者在應用品質機能展開多以衡量整體客群,鮮少針對不同顧客群進行分析。因此,本研究係利用市場區隔及模糊綠色品質機能展開方法,以問卷方式調查男女性顧客對於自行車重視度與滿意度之需求程度。研究結果發現,在顧客需求中,女性顧客較注重重量因素,並且比男性更重視環保性需求;在工程需求中,女性顧客在回收與整體顏色與男性具有顯著差異。此外,男女性顧客在回收工程需求都比包裝來的高,故業者在設計包裝時,應先考量到回收方面。最後,本研究提供未來自行車業者在設立目標客群後,一個設計與改善之參考依據,藉此滿足不同顧客的需求。

The new green revolution is proposed around at present for the damage of the ecological environment. Besides formulate the policy and regulation, construction of facilities to environmental improvement (i.e. bicycle-track and wind energy). The businesses were subject to damages because the financial crisis entire world in 2008, but the bicycle industry even had the high sales. The net of exports promoted to US$1.36 billion in Taiwan, so there were a trends of riding bicycle. The business must to satisfy the variety customer requirements for enhance competitiveness and sustainable development. Quality function deployment (QFD) approach can be help business to collect the customers’ needs, and it can transform engineering needs. However, the researchers just focus the whole customer needs in the past. Therefore, in this research will applying market segmentation and fuzzy green quality function deployment (Fuzzy GQFD) to survey the degree of importance and satisfaction of the bicycle between female and male. In this study results to shows, the customers’ requirements of female pay more attention to the weight factor and the environmental requirements more than the male; in the engineering requirements, the recycling and overall color is different between female and male. Besides, the recycling requirements are higher than package requirements for female and male, so the industries should be consider the recycling when they are design package. Finally, the research is to provide suggest of the design and improvement for the industry to set up the target customers, and then it can to satisfy different customer needs.
