應用層級分析法探討家長選擇補習班關鍵因素之研究

摘要


2009年台灣全國立案之短期補習班為18197家,短短十年內成長幅度高達266%,其中包括電腦、語文、才藝與專業技能等各類補習班的設立。隨著經營環境改變以及少子化現象的問題產生,致使補習班業者的競爭更加激烈。此外,補習班業者行銷方法紊亂且雜,且學生家長在面對各家補習班所提供的多樣化課程時,也多因不知如何取捨而造成無所適從的難題。因此,本研究蒐集過去學者對於家長選擇補習班所萃取出的關鍵因子,進一步利用層級分析法進行更深層的系統性評估,以期讓補習班業者能夠更精確的掌握家長所注重的需求要點,並獲得最佳的改善方向,以減少不必要的資源、成本浪費。研究結果顯示,以「能力取向」為家長選擇補習班之六大因素中最重要之因素;「教學服務」則為最不重要之因素。

In 2009 Taiwan, the short-term cram schools have 18,197, just ten years growth as much as 266%, and that including computer, language, talent and professional skills of the cram schools. To bring more competition as the business environment change and low birth rate problems in cram schools industry. Furthermore, parents often do not know how to choice, because the marketing and various courses are diverse from cram schools industry. Therefore, this study collected the past researchers to research the key factors for parents to choose cram schools, and further applying of analytic hierarchy process for more in-depth systematic evaluation. And then, the results will be more accurate grasp of the key points of the parents, and get the best improvement in the direction, and to reduce expense between resources and costs for cram schools industry. Finally, the result to show of this study is that “capability approach” is the most important factor and the “teaching service” is least important factor in parents choose the cream schools.
