企業社會責任影響之研究─以台灣索尼「校園環保聯盟」公益活動為例

摘要

本研究藉由大型跨國企業所從事的公益活動，關注在地社會文化、環境與需求，結合企業資源與專業，促使社會關懷公益活動創造共同價值。企業社會責任概念發展、推動與落實的經驗，提升國內企業社會責任的經營理念與價值，進一步帶來積極正面的影響。
個案公司藉由公益活動─「校園環保聯盟」所拍成的紀錄片，以議題的掌握、詮釋，成為有說服力的利器，作為一個焦點議題討論，來引起社會共鳴。在研究方法上，採用質性研究，包含相關文獻分析及深度訪談方式，以獲得公益活動的現況。藉此，了解個案公司如何有效善用資源及規劃公益活動回饋於社會，並探討個案公司與公益對象之間的互動關係，以及所呈現的面貌與問題。
最後本研究將以「校園環保聯盟」活動，分析個案公司在企業社會責任的實踐意涵，包括企業社會責任與企業公益慈善行為的關聯性、企業公益慈善行為的動機因素、企業公益慈善行為的方式、企業公益慈善行為對在地社會或其他企業發揮的影響力。

The purpose of this study is to examine the planning and the execution of corporate philanthropy activities. By utilizing the qualitative case study method, including analysis of relevant literature and in-depth interviews, we examined how an international company like SONY is implementing the “ECO School Union” project in rural area schools in Taiwan. This goal of the project is to increase the awareness to protect our environment for sustainable development among students at their early age. The initial project is concluded with a documentary film which successful attract public attentions.
