兒童劇場表演活動是能夠讓孩童融入與接受的教育方式,在角色扮演與模仿過程中,藉由角色扮演與模仿,激發想像力與創造力。因扮演角色不同,必須融入不同的情境,藉著與實際情境互動過程中搜尋對知識的合理解釋,以建立完整的知識體系。但兒童劇場表演活動需要製作相關場景與服裝道具,其製作過程複雜,並且在表演上較難融入情境,故本研究將擴增實境應用於劇場表演,讓觀眾能夠享受不同型態的表演方式,使之更融入情境。 擴增實境(Augmented Reality, AR)應用領域相當廣泛,在工業、教育、藝術方面都有極大前景。然而目前大多數的應用領域仍需要使用標記(Marker)做為辨識依據,如此一來在使用上將會有所限制,因此較少應用於真實環境中。有鑑於此,本研究針對上述問題,以無標記(Markerless)方式,使用由華盛頓大學人機介面實驗室所開發且開放原始碼(Open Source)的擴增實境函式庫ARToolKit做為開發基礎,結合影像辨識技術,應用於兒童劇場表演上。
Most of science education teaching materials were compiled in "one-way" and "preach" approach. This could not motivate the learners’ learning intention. Augmented Reality (AR) supports users to manipulate virtual objects in real environments, and thus can be used for children’s theater performance with far less costs than doing virtual role-playing performance. Therefore, learners can then be immersed in the simulated environment. Augmented Reality (AR) is largely applied in several areas, this technology in industries, educations, and arts have a great future. However, most of the Augmented Reality applications still need to use markers as the basis for identification, this way will be difficult in the use of restrictions, so less applied in a real environment. In addition, theater performances need to make many complex props and costumes related to the scene and make it more difficult to integrate into the scene. Therefore, this study modifies the open source Augmented Reality library, ARToolKit, developed by the Human Interface Technology Laboratory at the University of Washington and uses image recognition to develop a Markerless Augmented Reality Theater Application. The proposed system will make audiences enjoy performances of different types easily.
