摘要

第一大臼齒之異位萌出，常造成第二乳臼齒的牙根的吸收及提早脫落，導致第一大臼齒之近心傾斜。本病例為一8歲女孩，經Ｘ光檢查發現右上第一大臼齒異位萌出，使用遠心鉤型式的modified Humphrey appliance順利的完成矯治。針對第一大臼齒之異位萌出，若能早期診斷且給與適當的治療，將可避免問題的複雜化。

Ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar usually results in root resorption of the primary second molar and mesial tilting of the permanent molar. The article presented a case of ectopic eruption of the right maxillary first molar during routine radiographic examination. Using a modified Humphrey appliance as the correcting appliance, the ectopic eruption of the first molar had been successfully uprighted. Early treatment of ectopically erupting first molar is in favor of solving space problem.
