鹿茸對柔道選手血球及血清生化值的影響

The Effects of Lurong on Hematological and Biochemical Parameters in Judo Athletes

摘要


本研究的目的在探討鹿茸對柔道選手血球及血清生化值的影響。實驗中以新民商工商中組柔道選手為對象,男生14 名女生8名,採用分層分組的方法,分為實驗組與對照組,分別服用鹿革與安慰劑。實驗期間為五週,分前、後二次測量, 檢驗選手血液中血球及血清生化值。結果以配對t檢定,無母數分析之Wilcoxon Rank - Signed test 進行分析。研究結果顯示, 血液中紅血球(RBC)、血紅素(Hb )、血容積比( Hct )指數於實驗前後有顯著降低,血清生化值中血尿素氣(BUN)、丙胺酸轉胺?( GPT )、肌酸激?(CK)於實驗前後有顯著升高,證實訓練對血球及血清生化值有影響,鹿茸對柔道選手血球及血液生化值無顯著效果。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Lurong on hematological and biochemical parameters in judo athletes. 14 male and 8 female judo athletes in Hsin - Ming senior high school were random and stratified divided into control and experimental group, which received placebo and Lurong respectively during the five - week training program. The measurement of the hematological and biochemical parameters was performed twice, just before and after the training. The data was analyzed with paired - t test and Wilcoxon Rank - Signed test. The value of RBC, Hb, and Hct, was obvious decreased after intervention, while the value of GPT, BUN, CK was elevated. The results indicated the hematological and biochemical changes were caused by the physical training but not the effects of Lurong. The Lurong had no adverse effects on the judo athletes in this study.
