都市永續發展之新思維－都市綠廊道網絡之建立

都市發展至今由於過度重視人類活動需求，忽略了環境系統的維持，致使都市內的環境逐漸地被破壞，如分割零散的建成區與公園綠地致使都市綠地不能連續、汽機車排放廢氣污染、都市熱島效應……等課題，但隨著全球都市永續發展的潮流下，許多國家已開始意識都市環境品質的重要性。是故，本文之目的在於提出都市永續發展之新思維，希冀在都市土地資源有限下，能夠利用「都市綠廊道網絡」來連結並增加綠地資源，並透過對綠廊道網絡之介紹，藉由初步的概念與研擬幾項策略提供給相關單位規劃執行之參考，使台灣能向永續都市邁進，並確實改善都市的環境品質與居民生活之品質。
