摘要


自1970年代後期以來,政府再造的議題已成為許多國家(包括我國在內)的焦點。彈性人力已成為各國公共治理顯著的新趨勢。本文旨在探討彈性人力的理念,擬從以下的幾個部分進行論述:首先,說明彈性的概念,其次,分析人力資源彈性的類型,再者介紹酢漿草組織,最後,闡述彈性人力的理論基礎。
